Ordered a painting two weeks ago and contacted the email address twice, no response. Now will dispute this charge. This must be a scam.

Worst customer service ever. Placed an order 2 months ago no reply, no delivery no contact, Thieves, will be reporting to the police

SCAM!!! I could give it no stars I would. Ordered products, got a confirmation email and a shipping email Gave it well over double the shipping time before I got in touch with everything going on. The order doesnt exist if I try to track it and 3 emails later and no response Save your money!Hopefully they get shut down soon!

Absolute, total ripoff. Months of fake, boilerplate e-mails assuring the order is on its way (but no tracking number). Will not refund the money I spent for three paint by number kits I will NEVER receive. Shamelessly using COVID as an excuse for poor service. Might as well use the money to buy a bag of magic beans. Avoid this scam company at all costs!!!

SCAM!!! It's been almost 2 months (even though their website says they ship within 24 hours) and I still haven't received my paintings, they won't respond to any emails, and they sent me a fake tracking number! Don't buy!!!

Turns out it's not a scam. I ordered a PBN on March 25. I assumed it was a scam because it took so long to arrive, the website would occasionally go down, and the tracking number never updated. BUT I FINALLY GOT IT! It took a little less than 2 months. I don't remember what day I got it exactly but it was 6 or 7 weeks after ordering. The product came as described. Paints, brushes, and a canvas. Not the highest quality, you get what you pay for. I might order from them again just because they are the cheapest place to find PBN, but I will now know to expect a 2 month shipping period.

I ordered three kits from them, they took my money and I never received anything but spam emails targeted to making me order even more.

If i could give 0 stars, I would! This company is completely fake. I ordered paint kits in April with a response of 7-10 days for arrival. It never came. I never received an email with a tracking order. Luckily, I paid through paypal so have been issued a full refund. The company still tried to get out of it by providing FAKE tracking numbers once PayPal contacted them asking where the items were. Do not waste your money on this scam website. Disgusting that they are doing this to people during hard times as well. DO NOT USE!
