10 WEEKS AND STILL NO FLIPPING PRODUCT- DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Total Scam. Ordered on April 4, as of May 27, no tracking, no communication. (Except daily emails asking me to place another order). I had to contact my credit card company to have the charges reversed. It's a shame that a company like this is getting away with taking our money.

Same as everyone else. Ordered in April. May 1st items were supposed to have shipped. Nothing. Tracking number is bogus, No response from company. They have my money I have zip.

Same as all of the other reviews. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Complete fraudsters. I ordered at the start of April. When checking with them in relation to my order I have received no responses. Tried to obtain refund - again received no correspondence from them. I'm going to tell my credit card company that they are scammers so hopefully others won't lose money!

Fraudsters. This is a total scam. I wish I'd visited this site before placing my order. My story is like every other one here. I placed my order 2 months ago and started contacting the company by email...they don't have a contact number...after 3 weeks of waiting. Since then, I've sent them half a dozen emails, and always receive a similar response a few days later, saying that they're working to get my order shipped ASAP. Funny thing is, they're blaming shipping delays on the Covid-19 crisis, but the complaints about this company go back to before Coronavirus was even a thing. Bottom line, they're fraudsters. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

PLEASE NOTE IT IS NOT paint by numbers Shop But PAINT BY NUMBERS ORIGINAL Please be very careful buying on line I orderd in April have heard nothing and recived no painting This company are a scam No reply to emails I will now be contactinng my bank to try and get my money back

I ordered on April 5 and received nothing. No response to my numerous emails. This company is a sham and I wish I knew how to get my money back.

I ordered April 2, 2020 and have yet to receive my order as of May 24, 2020. On May 1, they claimed my order shipped and to please allow 17-21 days for it arrive despite advertising that orders ship within 24 hours. It’s understandable that things are slower in the midst of a pandemic, but it’s been almost 2 months. I’ve reached out multiple times for a refund and have gotten no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
