An absolute scam. Im.filing a fraud alert with my credit card and the BBB.

Order over 2 months ago and have not heard anything since!!!! asked for a refund and again nothing!!!! complete con DON'T BUY FROM THEM !!!

We ordered on 4/2/20 and as of today 5/28/20 nothing has been shipped and no communication from this so called company. When I click on the link for order status I get an error page (404). Stay far away from these guys as they are running a scam. They will take your money and you will not receive anything in return. I am reporting them to the FTC as well to help create more awareness as to their fraudulent business practices.

I ordered one item in March and in end of May still did not arrive yet. The tracking code shows the same result from mid April (packaged arrived from China to Italy- that's what they say) and they NEVER replied to my emails to ask for information. I wish I checked reviews about them before ordering The website changes often, but the grafic is still the same for the logo and the wording is "paint by NUMB3RS"

Ordered items on April 9, 2020. Today is May 28,2020. Despite being told my items have shipped, the ‘tracking number’ is invalid and I still don’t have my items. This website is a scam. Do not purchase!!!

"Original Paint By Number" company is a Scam! I ordered a paint kit for my granddaughter for her 10th birthday on April 11, 2020. Today is May 27th and she has still not received it. On May 1 I received a shipping notice. This is the actual notice I received. The shipping notice uses the name "Paint By Number". I placed my order through "Original Paint By Number" (Paint by Numb3rs on their website). Do not order from "originalpaintbynumber.com". They are a total scam. Upon further research, it seems that "originalpaintbynumber.com" is part of "originalpaintbydiamond.com. They are also a scam. The BBB notice is under original paint by diamonds. Better Business Bureau Serving Metropolitan New York has received numerous complaints regarding online retailers specializing in arts and crafts. The retailers involved in these recent patterns of complaints – Paint By Diamonds, The Original Puzzle, and Paint By Numbers – have a combined 67 complaints filed with BBB, 46 of which were filed since March 1, 2020. The complaints generally reflect a pattern of payment and non-delivery of goods, with many consumers referring to email responses from the businesses citing the COVID-19 crisis as the reason for non-delivery. I have sent inquiries to info at original paint by number, but have not received any answer. The tracking number is unavailable. The order has disappeared from their website. The tracking number never worked. I do not believe their claim to be an American company. They are just a scam company who rips people off.

Order placed 30 March. Order shipped 10 April. Tracking ID registered activity 25 May. Order left China 26 or 27 May. Order delivered end of June. I emailed customer support multiple times (30 April, 12 May and 16 May). They replied twice with an identical generic reply days after my emails (8 May, 18 May). Replies never addressed my questions. Ended up claiming a refund via PayPal. Company said the order was delivered to my address 9 May; which was a lie. As the claim was ongoing, the order was delivered end of June; 3 months after ordering.

I placed my order #98388 on 12th April and my account was immediately debited. I revived a confirmation via sms and email that order has been placed. I waited for a month given Covid19 hurdles but Since then I have followed up at least 6 times with there customer care and no response has been received on the order. I have requested refund and no response yet. I will register a complaint with my bank today and ask them to reverse the debit and also register this company as a fraud.
