Zero customer service….none. There is no phone number and no one responds to emails.

Original Grain sells nice watches that are made cheaply. When asked to fix a clear defect from there manufacturing there offer is for you to purchase another one of there watches at a discounted rate. Safe your money and go to a watch company that stands behind there product.

update: this was a usps screw up. the watch is beautiful, but for some reason it said "delivered" a week ago but showed up now. Confirmation number and everything. Checked mail this afternoon but no watch. So Original Grain makes beautiful watches, but they ship USPS which is a bad plan, at least in West Houston

Don’t know how I can avoid being derogatory. I’m supposed to sugar coat exceptionally poor customer service??There should be a ZERO stars option for Original Grain / hard to believe this company has been in business for 11 years. -Ordered watch Thursday May 2, 2024 -Received order confirmation & credit card charged that day -On Saturday received notification my cart was “expiring” -Sent e-mail asking for clarification, as they lack ability to be contacted by phone (another RED flag) -As I didn’t get a response, sent additional e-mails on Monday, May 6. Finally got response this afternoon saying “warehouse was being contacted regarding an inventory problem.” How long does that take???? After FIVE DAYS, still have no clue what is transpiring with my order. ***UPDATE 1*** On May 14th, I received an e-mail from a “customer support specialist.” In one paragraph I was told the inventory shortage was corrected & my watch would ship soon. Later IN THE SAME E-MAIL I was told my order had been cancelled - but it could take up to 14 days to receive a refund. So, despite taking my money INSTANTLY at time of order - THIRTEEN days after, I still have no watch, no one can tell me if or when a watch will ship, & I have to wait up to another 14 days for a refund. And still NO PHONE NUMBER PROVIDED to expedite resolution or closure. ***UPDATE 2*** Refund posted to my credit card on May 16th - a whopping 15 DAYS after placing order for an item their website stated “SHIPS WITHIN 24 HOURS.” BUYER BEWARE / would NOT recommend this company / miserable FAIL at what should be BASIC functions of an internet-based business / BEYOND disappointed. From a customer service standpoint, Original Grain is a criminally defective enterprise saturated with incompetence. Sad.

I wish I had a great review to give. I’ve been eyeballing this brand for a few years now and hadn’t purchased only because I couldn’t afford. I found an affordable and great looking watch on the website and have been so excited! They always look amazing. After checkout, every step of the way shows 4-7 business day delivery. It’s been almost a month now and customer service is fairly slow to respond and keeps assuring me that my watch is at the warehouse awaiting shipping with no further information… I’m not sure what else to do since I suppose my next step is just to ask for a refund. I’m not usually picky about longer delivery times, but they only told me after I emailed twice asking what was going on and still with no updates on when I can expect my watch. Fingers crossed and I will update accordingly if I do get it soon. Update: Andrew reached out extremely quickly and provided me much more information than had previously been provided. Many thanks to him and I look forward to hopefully getting my watch soon.

My wife bought me an OG watch for Christmas. After a few months the metal log inside the watch fell off and get stuck in the watch movement. I asked for it to be repaired they denied to repair. Instead the offered me to buy another watch for an addition 120 buck vs fix mine. Don't buy this watch they fall apart

Watches run small and customer noservice makes it difficult to get additional links like their waiting for the 15-day return policy to end. Love the watch just wish they came in normal man size. They do come with 2 links which were not enough. Why is it so difficult to get additional links
