Working with Fernando was wonderful.

Placed an order on line, and when I got the confirmation, boom, another watch was added to the order. I wrote back immediately and got no response. Wrote 8 times and no response. Turns out they have no phone number. And, finally the next day they tell me - too bad it already shipped. They just added the extra watch for me have to deal with. TERRIBLE SERVICE

I received the watch within a week of ordering it. The online tutorials were helpful for the general set-up and removing a couple of links in the band. The watch is beautiful and I'm very happy with it.

Great product and answered questions in a timely manner

I haven't received the watch that I ordered in early December. I've contacted the company several times and they told me the watch has been delayed because of shipment issues, but they offered for me to exchange it. I have received three different emails responding to my original email asking about the ETA of the watch I ordered, but zero responses about swapping the watch out for something they actually have. The customer service is absolutely HORRENDOUS! There's no one to call and they take forever to respond to emails. I am beyond frustrated and would rather have a refund than purchase anything from this company, im thinkjng this company might be trying to fraud me and I plan to take the issue up with my CC company in a few days, it's just ridiculous!
