So far so good. I’m very pleased with all of my watches. It’s been less than 2 weeks since my purchases so I will follow-up, if needed. As the saying goes, only time will tell. At this point, with all things considered, I highly recommend Original Grain. They have really beautiful and nice products. Thanks!!!

Horrible experience!! Avoid at all cost. Ordered for a buddies birthday gift 2.5 weeks prior and followed up multiple times. Excuses after excuses. After they said watch was in, and waiting engraving, came back week later and said watch was back ordered. Horrible customer service. Not work the money.

I ordered the watch a couple months ago. They charged my credit card July 19 and still no watch. Have tried to contact with no success. Will try one more time, then will contact my credit card company for help.
