I now have 3 Original Grain watches. The first one that I bought about 15 years ago. It still looks and works great. The other 2 are much newer and have multiple issues. I have tried to email the company about the warranty and no one ever responded. It seems that like a lot of other products they have started to make their watches as cheap as possible to maximize profit. Customer service is nonexistent. I wish they would have consistently made quality watches.

Biggest piece of junk! No quality control whatsoever! Ordered for boyfriend’s birthday. First one they sent the hands if you mived watch- floated all over and wouldn’t keep time. Reported and they said theyd send anitger. Second one back wasnt attached and when picked up the watch face fell out?!? Asked for refund and they are making me send back. I feel they should just refund after all this hassle! NOT quality at ALL.

I really just want to give one star due to the issue I will address later, but the watches are absolutely beautiful so I will give it two stars. I have owned two different watches from this company. The first one I bought for myself roughly 12 years ago. After a couple of years the watches bezel cracked and fell out, taking the glass with it. The second watch I received as a gift just this last christmas and it has already done the same thing. I don't wear them while showering or doing anything excessively physical. So its just weird that its happened twice now.

Do not buy from this company if the purchase is intended for a gift. I bought an anniversary and Valentines gift in November for fear of it selling out. The watch is way too heavy and now non returnable. They give you 15 days from the purchase date so when you do the math from the purchase date to the date it arrives to you, you’re stuck with the purchase. No credit or refund. Shady way to operate a business, guaranteed no return's.

I ordered a watch as a special gift and was really excited for it, but the experience was disappointing. The wooden box was fine, but the black sleeve came damaged and the engraving was poorly done. When I reached out to support, instead of offering a real solution, I was told they were “out of stock” on the sleeve — without even knowing when I needed the gift. That kind of response felt dismissive and unhelpful. For the price, even if this wasn’t their most expensive item, I expected better quality and better customer care. Unfortunately, the lack of attention to detail and the weak follow-up left me very unsatisfied.

Got the watch. (FINALLY). The watches are great. I feel the only reason I received it was because my card company withheld payment. And I got the BBB involved.

Just wanted to you yo know, I was going to order a watch have it engraved but after reading the reviews of your customer service forget it. Its to bad I really like the watch.
