Ease of ordering and shipment and delivery time were great. The quality of the watch was impressive.

The ring is exactly as I hoped and the additional silicone ring for daily wear while working is a great addition. Slightly disappointed in the express shipping I opted for in hopes of getting this before an event I was attending but oh well.

Fantastic, high quality watch. Would be 5 stars but had a small issue with a pin falling out of the band; fortunately a tighter pin from a removed link fixed it easily, but it broke at an inconvenient time. Still one of my favorite watches I own

Giving a 4 only because we had an issue on a watch given as a gift and shouldn’t have even minor issues 30 days in. But that being said we contacted them, took it to a jeweler for the fix, submitted the cost and we were reimbursed quickly. Watch is nice looking so glad it survived the process.

Great quality Haven’t been able to set the date

This watch looks great, solid, and very well made. For guys with bigger wrists like me, you'll have to use the extra links they send with it. You'll need a special tool to add the links or go to a jeweler.

Watch came and package was damaged. After contacting company twice a new watch was sent. Unfortunately, it wasn’t in for my husband’s birthday. We were please with the watch once we received it. Very nice!
