OpticalfactorReviews of opticalfactor.com

I read the reviews for this Company before I placed an order for glasses. Based on the reviews I choose a cheaper frame & lens type for my first order. They arrived reasonably quickly, the frames are sturdy & the prescription is correct (Distance). The Company contacted me to confirm my prescription as it is unusual. The colour of the frames is slightly different to what is on the website (darker) but they are still nice. This Company will be on my list for when I need a 2nd pair of Reading or Computer glasses.

Ordered some polarised prescription glasses for work a month ago. They asked me for more money to thin the lenses so that they would fit the frame, so I paid the extra. I still haven't received my order. I chased them up on 15th April. They told me that the order is ready and on the 16th April, they sent me the shipping information. The tracking details they sent me still don't have the information regarding the parcel. It just says "unknown". It's now 25th April, the tracking is still showing "unknown" and the company are refusing to give me a refund! Since then I have ordered another pair through a different company and received them within a couple of days! Don't waste your time with this company. They are awful!

these glasses suck. I ordered some prescription sunglasses with the bifocal and everything about them is wrong. Primary prescription is bad, the bifocals are useless in the bottom. When you click the link about their refund and return policy, there is nothing there. I wish I had found these reviews before I had ordered. Don't waste your money.

Horrible customer service. No real homologation so cannot wear to work. Looooonnngggg shipping because it ships from chine. Low quality product, i do not recommend at all !! Very high price compared to cheap quality

Waited about 3 weeks for my glasses, which wasn't bad considering how far they came. Cost was minimal compared.to everywhere else I looked. They are perfect, fit great and well made... I'll be ordering again

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY they are a FRAUD!!!

Glasses took ages to turn up, when they did I couldn't wear them. Made me feel sick. Had to send them a copy of my prescription, which they said they were made correctly. Suggested that I should wear them longer to get used to them. Still no good. I've asked for a refund, so waiting to see

When I ordered glasses from this company I had no idea they were based in China and that my order would be coming from there. I paid for expedited shipping, which was a waste since they were shipping from China anyways. I ordered on 3/15/2024 and of this day 04/01/2024 they have still not arrived. There is no indication on their website that this is a Chinese company. No disclaimer. I am not opposed to ordering from China, but I want to do so knowingly. If they have that information listed somewhere on their website it is hidden or minimized so that it is not readily noticeable. I cannot speak to the quality of the product as it hasn't arrived.
