I ordered glasses, even after reading the reviews. They made the prescription for my right eye too strong. They asked me to send a copy of my prescription to make sure I entered it correctly so I did. Crickets. I emailed them back a couple times with no response. I finally said, I don't want a refund, please just make the glasses again and send a return label for the bad pair. They answered and said it would take a bit for the new pair. A few days later they emailed saying they made it correctly, take the glasses to the ophthalmologist to give the prescription and send them proof. Too much! Shame on me for giving the benefit of the doubt.

DO NOT ORDER GLASSES FROM THIS CHINESE COMPANY!!! I ordered on May 1, 2024 and it's June 7 and I have never received any shipping information. This is a chinese company based in mainland china. There is no way to call them I have ordered glasses from EyeBob's and Warby Parker with no problem. Save yourself the aggravation DO NOT BUY GLASSES FROM OPTICAL FACTOR. Got some cheap reactive glasses for running and cycling. Went for single vision. The glasses were crazy cheap and what I got are not of the highest quality, but for the price they are great. Took about a month to arrive. I think I got what I paid for and have no issues. Got some cheap glasses for a cheap price.

Can not read with these glasses totally blurry apparently my prescription is wrong although ok with opticians specs.They will not accept responsibility. No refund given.DO NOT USE

I ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses for cycling. They broke before I could use them. They are made of poor quality materials. The company still owes me $106 dollars for an unfulfilled order. They are very difficult to communicate with. I would call this company fraudulent. Don't do business with them!

They don’t indicate that the shipment comes from China, and the 5-8 days ended up being three weeks for delivery. It’s definitely not a scam company though, I ordered some prescription lenses with photochromic coating which are ok. Not the best quality glasses I ever had but good for the price. Would had given 4-5 stars if I had known they’d be coming from China and if they would had shown an accurate delivery time

Glasses ordered look nothing like what was recieved and they fell apart the second day worn. Reviews on website are misleading

After months of waiting I checked with them and they said they were sending another pair of sunglasses since the others were lost. A month later I received sunglasses with a big scratch on them. Even without the scratch, they were the lowest quality glasses I have ever seen. We email back and forth for another month and they won't refund or even replace them without me paying to ship them back to China. Obviously, that is crazy expensive for an individual so I just got scammed out of over $100. Since my purchase, I have received marketing emails a total of 52 emails.
