Terrible experience. I bought the sneakers. It was set for delivery five days later, but it was not delivered, and the status changed to Pending. I sent an email, and I was told I had to wait five business days before they could file a complaint with the delivery company. After that, I was informed that I had to wait 21 business days for the investigation. It is an exhausting and frustrating mess. In the meantime I bought a sneaker at Nike (because I was needing one) and it was delivered in four days, without any issues. I live in the middle of Boston, and I have never had any problems with Amazon, Puma, not even AliExpress. I deeply regret not buying the sneakers through Amazon. ---- Update: The 21 business days have already passed. The ASICS customer service has been terrible - no answer at all about what happened to my shoes... ----

Horrible dealing with these people. They received my return item on October 4th; today is October 10th…. After a persistent long conversation, I was told it would take 7-10 business days to process the return! Bad business to deal with! Poor business policy

Placed an order for a Domino Train. Found it at less than half the price on Amazon so cancelled the order less than 6 hours later. I then get an email informing me that I can cancel the order for 20% of the bill!!!!!!! Complete scammers and con artists as nothing would have occured within 6 hours to warrant a 20% charge! Avoid at all costs!

Not sure what is happening; ordered a pair of Onitsuka Tiger shoes/did not receive email confirmation of the order. However, it is pending on my credit card for 2 days now. Cannot remove pending charges. I have called Asics twice and was told they are not showing an order. The customer service folks don't seem to know what is going on. Told me it was probably a scam site ....which is incorrect. It's onitsukatiger which is a division of Asics. Second call said no record of order. Still pending on my credit card though. Waiting for something to happen

Ordered from the UK store but the shoes are being sent from Germany. Its important to undersna where the products we order are coming from so we can make informed decisions. Clearly the delivery period was much slower than expected, a week later still waiting.

Would give zero if I could, purchased some trainers, they were faulty, the stitching was incorrect, so had to return them, as they dont offer an exchange policy I had to have a refund as they no longer had the pair I wanted in stock, but the cheeky devils would not refund my delivery charge that I paid when I purchased them, I explained that they were faulty and they had to give me a postage refund, they replied with because the trainers came from Germany (even though I paid through the UK site) the rules are different - NEVER again Onitsuka Tiger - On-your-bike-suka!

I found it difficult to order shoes on this site, but I think I’ve finally figured it out. I hope this helps others. I wanted to order a set of Onitsuka Tiger shoes to replace a pair from the same brand id worn out. I checked the label in the shoe to get my size…but beware! the size printed inside the shoes themselves are US and euro sizes. The sizes on the website are UK sizes. UK sizes are not printed inside the shoes. UK sizes look very similar to the US ones but they are different. I’m a UK size 9.5, but my shoes are a US size 10.5. I simply read the number printed on the inside of the shoe and then ordered a pair that were too large. Judging by the reviews here plenty of people make the same mistake. This is why. The website designers at Onitsuka Tiger should fix this in my opinion by including the European and US size alongside the UK size on the product description. You can’t see this information, even if you look for it. Also the delivery is free, but very slow. The shoes are shipped from Germany, and take between 1-2 weeks to arrive. That’s fine if you’re expecting it, but again the website gives the impression that delivery is much faster. The website itself is very (!) slow. Especially if you’re looking for information about an order. Which can be frustrating. When I had to return an order I spoke to a helpful customer sales agent who showed me the return button on the website. The return was again very slow but they did refund me after a few weeks, so all ended well. The shoes themselves are very well made and comfortable. the discounts on Sale items are decent also, but arguably the ‘normal’ price for these shoes is rather high. £70 -£90 for most of their standard trainers, more expensive than the high street. If Onitsuka Tiger are reading this, please improve your website (product info and speed) and shipping. It undermines an otherwise good quality product. The pricing is premium, but the buying experience is poor. EDIT: the shoes arrived after 8 days but they were a completely different model and size to what i’d ordered. Disappointing.

Placed an order with them and my card was charged. I got no order confirmation from them and after chasing them they sent me an order number in the email. My shoes arrived and they are hideous! Im trying to do a return online and it says order number not found. No one bothers to answer the phone either! Most disgusting service and experience! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! DISGUSTING
