I have purchased two pairs – GSM and the updated version of GSM. During tens of years, I have never experienced such a terrible quality. I had Nike, Puma, Adidas, Asics and other brands. Even the cheapest shoes weren't that bad. It's crazy, I'm not sure how they survived with that quality up till now because it's like ordering shoes on Aliexpress.

I have ordered one slippon Mexico with Order ID: 32377935 Order Date: 04-Aug-2023 Request all not to buy Onitsuka product online because if there is any issue regarding size or any other thing company will not return the product and ur money will be wasted,I have ordered the shoes on 04/8/2023 received it on 10/8/2023 and immediately after checking the size I made a return request,but company arranged to pickup on 16/8/2023 but till now I have not got refund when I query on customer care and through mail I got to know that the product got rejected in quality check,I m not able to understand all the tags are there shoes is not used by me how they are rejected in quality check,I requested them that it is of no use for me but they don't even listen and rejected the return.if u buy online from Onitsuka all the risk is on u whether u got defective product or any other issues.i m very disappointed with the decision.if u buy white shoes buy touching that shoe mite be some dust get stick from your hand,I explained that all the tag are there sole of shoes don't have single dust and if there's size issue I asked them please send one size smaller same shoe,but they rejected by saying that the shoes are used.

from their website, $200 FOR A PAIR OF MEXICO 66 SHOES THAT WERE 65 DOLLARS NOT MORE THAN 4 YEARS AGO. MAYBE MAYBE MAYBE IF THE QUALITY WAS BETTER AND THEY OFFERED WIDE SIZES THEY WOULD BE WORTH $100 MAX. what an absolute joke.

I've ordered 3 pairs of trainers from the UK outlet website at a bargain price. It said ships between 8-15 days, which is fine as I don't need them in a rush. However I had no idea they were coming from Chicago. It's now been 7 weeks and they still haven't arrived. I've contacted customer services, who actually have got back to me and provided a tracking link. According to the tracking, my trainers are now in the London sorting centre, where they've been sat since 19 July 23, so they haven't moved from there in 3 weeks! What the hell is going on!!!

Great shoes...BUT! ... NOT worth their customer service. I have spent $5000 over the past 5 years on shoes for me and my family, and then this most recent experience has lost me forever as a customer. I was sending shoes to my son in Brooklyn. Their website or third part software changed my son's address to the same street and number as another party of NYC. Once I got the email confirmation minutes later I realize it did this. I contacted them immediately. I did so 3 times over the next three days. This was before they even shipped the item. They refused to do anything about it. Then when I called Fedex, Fedex said all they need is a call from Asics/Onitsuka to cancel the shipment. Asics/Onitsuka customer service said they cannot make such a call. I asked if their phones do not dial out. I only got scripted BS. I asked to talk to someone higher. I only got more BS. I got angry at this point as I had spent hours by now on the phone and via email. So, my package will be delivered to the wrong address where someone will get it and I will never get my money back. All because no one there could be bothered to pick up the phone and make one phone call. (nor address the issue with their website, which apparently has happened before according to my son who had the same issue in the past and I only found out about now... luckily he was working near the other address and could go get it from the wrong address but he cannot this time as he no longer works near there)

Unwearable.Had the skin off both big toes within 20 minutes. Took a week to heal.

La solución enviar el pedido a 200 metros de la dirección inicial, parece sacado de una película de los años 70. Vamos de chiste…

Ordered trainers 3 weeks ago and still don’t have them. After waiting over 2 weeks for the package to actually be shipped, UPS has now delivered it to a random corner shop nowhere near my house despite the shipping address being my home address. No attempt was made to deliver to my home.
