Awesome product although I would recommend buying the shoes from the high street outlets rather than the online store even though the online store is more convenient and holds more stock. (Singapore online site) If you need to send the shoes back, the refund can take nearly a month. This length of time is unnecessary. I had to chase CS to respond acknowledge the items were sent to them.

Quelques jours de retard pour la livraison, mais l'attente en valait la peine! Chaussures confortables et de très bonne facture. Le service client a été réactif pour me rassurer sur le délai allongé pour le traitement de ma commande. Suivi livraison impec. Personne au domicile au moment de la livraison donc déposée le jour même dans un point relai de proximité. Rien à redire si ce n'est que nous sommes ravies moi et ma fille d'avoir mes délégation ex, et elle ses Mexico sd aux pieds.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes mid July and they are stuck in transit, it has been over a month without any notification. My credit card has been charged and I have no shoes! I called the company and there is no option to talk to anyone and I emailed them 3 times. In all my online purchases this is the worst I have experienced! I will never buy online with this company again!

Unbelievably bad. Returns impossible. Firstly 5-7 working days to arrive, then shoes too large so needed to return. Online form for submitting return (to generate return label) delivers message 'Unable to process at this time'. Box contains no returns info itself. Then submitted email for returns info, 7 days later nothing. Then rang them, and phone support down entirely. Finally tried to find returns info on their website, nothing. Literally impossible to return shoes. Shocking post sales experience for such a large brand.

If I could give them no stars I would. I bought two pairs of shoes on the sale, and after an unusually long delay I got an email saying that they were out of stock of one of them, and I got a refund. I wasn't happy since this was meant to be a gift for my husband's birthday and it was the pair he really wanted, but oh well - at least one pair was coming. UPS delivered, a hint slow, but fine. However, they'd sent the wrong size! It's too big. Now I'm angry. I waited till the customer line said it was open as per the website as I wanted to talk to someone that day - all I got was an automate message telling me that they HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE due to 'unsusual circumstances'! Now I'm REALLY angry. I email them... No reply. It's been 11 days and all I have is a receipt from Asics saying 'we're very busy'. I have no refund, I have no gift for my husband, I've lost my new customer discount. And I even can't seem to return the shoes I've got since there's no return lable, and when I tried to follow the return process on the box, it sent me to my local UPS drop-off point. who were just confused and told me they can't print the lable themselves. I will never, ever, order direct from Onitsuka or Asics ever again.

Worst customer service. I returned shoes which were too small one month ago via UPS and still didn't get the refund. They don't react to complaints or questions. I don't recommend ordering there.

Tænk, at sådan et kendt mærke (onitsukatiger er Ascis) kan yde så dårlig service?! Inden du handler hos dem, så prøv lige at ringe til det danske kundeservice nummer der står flere steder på siden..... nej, der er ikke nogen der tar telefonen, og mails bliver heller ikke besvaret.

Pricing was in line or better than other retailers. Ordered the shoes on tuesday and arrived on saturday. Quality shoes directly from a brand. I would recommend.
