Die Schuhe sind toll und Qualität mehrheitlich in Ordnung. Wir in der Schweiz bezahlen 10%-40% mehr als die in Deutschland für das gleiche Produkt. Halsabschneider. Ich werde dieses Unternehmen vermeiden.

Order geplaatst, en voldaan via iDeal. Geen orderbevestiging/ordernummer ontvangen, maar het bedrag werd wel afgeschreven. 2 dagen later telefonisch contract gezocht, en hier werd verteld dat de order goed was binnengekomen en diezelfde dag nog verzonden zou worden. Ik had gevraagd of ze mij de track en trace wilde sturen wanneer mijn order daadwerkelijk verzonden zou zijn. Echter ontvang ik de volgende dag een email waarin wordt vermeld dat mijn order geannuleerd is, en ik mijn geld teruggestort krijg. Het geld is inderdaad teruggestort maar de schoenen zijn gewoon voorradig op de website?! Zalando verkoopt hetzelfde model, en heb daar maar een poging gedaan met een nieuwe bestelling.

Everything takes forever. Firs5 of all the order took ages to arrive so in the meantime I had to go elsewhere. When the shoes finally arrived, I rejected the delivery and a month later I am still waiting for a refund despite being given timelines which have long passed. Avoid.

The shoes look great - although still waiting for delivery, and this is the concern. I ordered the wrong size inadvertently and quickly contacted their customer service department asking if the order could be changed. Standard response received - no sorry the order has been despatched. Three days later - still not despatched according to UPS. So basically the answer should have been - no we can't be bothered. So we have to wait for the original deliver - send back and reorder. Doubling (if not trebling) the carbon footprint of the delivery.

Good product but v poor buying experience. Website feels v slow and not v user friendly. Pymnt got declined several times for no reason before eventually going through. Took longer than expected to be delivered - about 10 days - which whilst is not that long, when it advertises UPS courier service you would think it would be quicker. No way of tracking the order that i could find, no emails or texts updating me of its progress. Appears was sent from Germany which you think could explain delay but ive had Nike ID shoes delivered from the far east (which require personalised printing etc) in quicker time. Will definitely think twice before buying again

Awesome product although I would recommend buying the shoes from the high street outlets rather than the online store even though the online store is more convenient and holds more stock. (Singapore online site) If you need to send the shoes back, the refund can take nearly a month. This length of time is unnecessary. I had to chase CS to respond acknowledge the items were sent to them.

I placed an order for one pair of shoes. Two days later I received an email stating that my order had been canceled. It said that the order may have been canceled because either the item was out of stock or because there was a problem with my payment. I emailed them back to see what the problem was and never got a response. The only reason that I am rating this a two instead of a one is because of the current pandemic situation.
