I'm glad I didn't read the reviews here on trustpilot before my purchase. I must say that I had an absolutely smooth shopping experience, the shoes are beautiful, correct size and my daughter was delighted. As for the quality, I will update my review if there will be problems. Today, my review can only be 5 stars. Customer care answered immediately when I asked about the shipping and the shoes arrived in less than a week.

I would like to underline the excellent attention given by S.Lee at Onitsuka - Kyoto store last Wednesday. He showed me many pairs of shoes, which I bought them. He was very professional

Although at the higher price range, Onitsuka are the most stylish and comfortable shoes I own. Great colour ways. I have worn the Serrano style for many years now and will continue for many more.

Onitsuka Tiger have been AMAZING. UPS really messed up the delivery of Onitsuka's product, resulting in me being unable to receive my package. When I contacted UPS about this, they were absolutely dreadful and really unfriendly. I then rang Onitsuka who were brilliant: kind, efficient, considerate & resolved the issue immediately from their end. They went over and above the service you would expect from a retailed. So refreshing. Thank you!! You not only sorted my problem, you left me feeling good about the day :-)
