J'ai commander des onitsuka tiger, elles sont arrivées en parfait état et a la bonne taille ! Il faut cependant être patient (2 à 3 semaines de livraison, mais cela est normal pour un paquet venant du japon).

Hoy es 23/09/25. El 3 de septiembre hice un pedido de zapatos por valor de 160 €. El día 4 recibí una notificación de que los zapatos estaban en tránsito hacia DHL. Desde entonces no ha habido ningún avance. He reclamado el envío y he tenido que rellenar los documentos del seguro, aunque se ha demostrado que Onitsuka ni siquiera ha entregado los zapatos a DHL. Eso fue hace una semana y, al preguntar hoy, me han dicho que aún no saben nada y que, lamentablemente, tengo que esperar y que tampoco me devolverán el dinero. Nunca había tenido una experiencia tan mala con el servicio de atención al cliente y mañana voy a reclamar el dinero a mi entidad bancaria. Personalmente, no recomiendo realizar pedidos en Onitsukatiger punkt com en España.

Wish I would have read reviews before I ordered. First of all—I do like the shoes I got but they are too big. I tried to go online to exchange them and got a different Tiger website (evidently there is a global site and a European site). I finally got to the correct return portal to get a “prepaid” return label—that will cost me $46!!! I’m just going to keep the shoes since they are just a little too big (and are slip on mules so…). BEWARE that it is basically final sale unless you want to be out a bunch of $$ to return

Awful. I am trying to get the product returned and they completely ignore me. Do not make a purchase on this website! It is a total scam!

I ordered shoes for 150 which they then cancelled and refunded me - all fine. Then they charged my card again without me ordering anything and have no been fighting them for a refund for about a month

Wish I could give zero stars. Ordered shoes. Arrived the wrong size. I wanted to exchange for the size I ordered. The only option was to send back for refund less 60$ for shipping. I didn’t really see any other option so sent back. No refund after a month. I got PayPal involved and they are working on it. Onitsuka immediately offered me my original amount less $100 once paypal was involved. I refused and gave PayPal the tracking number showing they have had the return for three weeks. Guess we will see. Avoid at all costs!

Son bonitas y muy comodas

After ordering and then reading reviews,(daft I know!), I was worried the shoes wouldn’t arrive but 10 days later they turned up. I’m in the highlands so that’s a good turn around. I would have given 5 stars if there had been a few more emails to say what was happening as it was impossible to tell if they’d been dispatched.
