I’d like to share my experience with a particular model the Sabot 66. I purchased it from the official Onitsuka store in Paris for €140. After only a couple of weeks, the shoes broke. The international support team helped me contact the Paris store, and I received a replacement. Unfortunately, after wearing the new pair for about a month, the same issue happened again. I genuinely believe that this model just isn’t one of Onitsuka’s successes. I’m a teacher and wear these shoes to work, where I mostly sit. I never ran or did anything that could cause such damage. When I contacted customer support again, their response was far less helpful than the first time. After I asked for a solution, they simply stopped replying. I honestly don’t understand why I should pay €140 for a pair of shoes that only last a month.

I bought a pair of shoes and it was all well, website is sophisticated and rather slow, but ok. Checkout was easy and delivery fast. However I ordered the wrong size and had to send them back. I created the return label as per instruction and tried to book a pick up with UPS, but in Italy they work very badly and of course they didn't come to pick up my parcel. So I contacted the customer service. In Italy the have two websites, English and Italian. I wrote in English, back came an email in Italian, explaining me the return process as per website and not addressing my issue with the pick up. I wanted to order the new pair, but now I am hesitating as I read even about quality issues and a bad customer service!

I like this brand of shoes. It's my go to shoes. In fact I buy recently a pair of there shoes for my sister. You must try it.

Onitsuka Tiger is an absolute joke. I placed an order on August 15, 2025, and they managed to make every mistake possible. They took my money twice, lied about the order being shipped, and ignored more than 15 of my emails. Months later, I still haven’t received a refund. This company has zero accountability, zero customer service, and zero ethics. They clearly don’t care about their customers or their own reputation. Avoid this brand like the plague they don’t deserve your business. It’s disappointing to see a company with such a long history completely overlook the values and integrity it once stood for.

Terrible. I was charged more for the refund than announced. Not refund even though it’s not my fault. Terrible.

I bought a pair of Onitsuka Tiger shoes at the official Berlin store. After just a few days of normal use, the heel tab ripped off. When I contacted the store, I was told that the tab is “only a design element” and that many customers experience the same issue. Instead of offering a proper warranty solution, they advised me to go to a local cobbler — unless I could come to the store in person. For a premium brand with such a strong heritage, this is highly disappointing. A known quality problem should be addressed at the brand level, not pushed back onto customers. I expected better quality and a more professional response from Onitsuka Tiger.
