Die Schuhe sind toll und Qualität mehrheitlich in Ordnung. Wir in der Schweiz bezahlen 10%-40% mehr als die in Deutschland für das gleiche Produkt. Halsabschneider. Ich werde dieses Unternehmen vermeiden.

Great customer service. They responded to my email within a business day. Helped me with my return.

Very poor quality and non existent Customer service its seems Bought a pair of delegation ex last year and within a month of virtually no wear , twice at most - the tongue was coming apart from main part of interior on one trainer. Outwith 30 day return window so emailed customer services , no reply, tried again a few weeks later and absolutely no response received. Website advises even although they are faulty I am outwith return window.

Really disappointed with my Onitsuka Tiger order. The sizing was completely misleading — the website says unisex, so I followed that guide, but both pairs I ordered were way too small. Turns out I should have followed women’s sizing. Now I have to return them and pay for postage, even though it’s not my fault. The ordering experience was frustrating too: the site was slow, and my Amex didn’t work, so I had to try multiple cards. To make it worse, the card I used has since been closed, and I now have to sort out the refund to a different card. Honestly, the whole process was unpleasant and stressful. I wish the website provided clearer sizing guidance and better online ordering support.

The shoes ate ugly in person although very cute online. The customer service is extremely difficult to maneuver. If you need to return anything, they charge for a DHL label, you can not purchase your own. They do not offer customer service for returns; only issues with purchases. It is ONLY from there that you can contact a person for assistance. No phone number. I purchased shoes 1/4/26 returned them on 1/7, DHL shows the return was delivered 1/14 and I'm still waiting for a refund. Please don't buy from here.

J’ai commandé une paire de chaussures en ligne, j’attendais pendant une semaine et le service client m’a dit qu’il allait m’envoyer le colis. Le lendemain mon colis a été annulé directement sans raison, on m’a remboursé. Le service client me répond plus. Très mauvaise expérience et très mauvais service.

I contacted the customer service for a faulty pair I used for only 5 months asking for a repair/exchange/commercial gesture. They stopped replying after a few mail exchanges saying they would come back to me shortly. It’s been two months since. Very useless and the communication was the worse
