Our team loves Goody! Their gifting experience is unmatched. They have excellent customer support and account management. They make it fun and easy to send gifts to employees, customers, and partners.

Customer service was immediately able to rectify my issue for me. Took less than 5 minutes total and everything ended up perfect.

everything from setting up the campaign to the gift delivery was super smooth. We got tons of compliments from employees, gift choice is remarkable as well. Overall it was a huge success!

While Goody is easy to use and has great catalogs, we would not have used the service if we knew how it operated. We gave employees an option to use up to $65 on items. What Goody did was if an employee chose a lower priced item, Goody would still charge full price and then put the remainder in a funding account. So we will always have a balance sitting in the account. That's not how we would choose this to operate. We should only be charged for what was redeemed, not the "up to" amount.

Goody is an ADD girl's best friend. OMG it's my mother in law's birthday TODAY - let me send her something TODAY! The gifts as well are unique, fun, and exciting and the vendor profiles just make the purchases that much more sweet.
