What fantastic customer service. I was waiting a few months for a magazine subscription that I selected, and I contacted customer service. They stayed on top of it, escalated it, and keep me informed with several emails. My first issue just came!

I truly love Goody. The UI is beautiful, the user experience is great, the customer service is wonderful, the webinars are helpful (& fun! who really likes a webinar? but these are so fun!) and the product itself is so helpful and seamless/easy. I use it for sending customer gifts, but now I want a personal account to send them to friends and family! Being on the recipient end is also a good experience - 10/10.

They have amazing customer service. I actually screwed up and signed up for the wrong plan and I was thinking "oh my gosh my boss is going to fire me", but they never bought it and I just took care of the problem and save me a lot of worry and grief. They've always been super responsive when I email them and explain things in terms I can understand.
