Just trying to set this service set up is a nightmare, for seemingly no good reason. You can choose from pre-curated selections based on a price limit which is what drew me in. I came to find out that the caveat to this is that you cannot edit anything in these collections or add to them, and only international options include gift cards for some reason? The only alternative is to manually curate collections by going through the thousands of gift options they have. And adding things to your collection isn't as easy as seeing it, click add. You have to click into each item, select the item again, and then click add. When curating custom collections, you cannot limit available items by price either, so you're stuck scrolling through a bunch of non-options to get to your price range. And there are THOUSANDS of options... Don't get me wrong, the available options are wonderful. But from a setup and ease of use perspective, they make the process very difficult. Their customer support was wholly unhelpful and took 15 minutes to respond to a webchat. If you have hours and hours to dedicate to curating a store, this is a great service to use. The company swag options are great, as are the prize selections. But it is more difficult and adds more cost than just sending prizes via Amazon or similar services without nearly as much red tape. Edit: Came back to add some additional details as I've run into more issues with them. If you create a custom collection for Gift Cards, you CANNOT change the amount. You have to add each card manually to the collection and select the amount. If you want to award a different amount, you have to recreate the collections manually. Its like the people designing this service never considered how people might actually want to use it. Dealing with support on the issue is no help, most of them seem to not know how the system works. Currently been in a chat waiting for a response for 20+ minutes asking them if this is possible, and I still don't have an answer. Save yourself the frustration, use any other service. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I bought some gift to myself. It was our place dinner plate but goody said it was out of stock so they canceled my original order and replaced it with some tote bag WITHOUT MY CONSENT!!! I was very surprised because no company would do that without customer agree to replace the item. I even never seen this tote bag before in my life and I never want it. I emailed them I don’t want this bag they are sending to me. I want refund if they can not send me my original order. They said since replacement item is already on my way I have to send it back once I receive the item then they can help me exchange it. I kept massaging them I do not want exchange.I want to get refund.At this point I didn’t trust this company anymore so just waited to receive this bag they sent so I can send back and get my refund. But it never arrives so I check the tracking and found out it was delivered to some address I don’t even know where that is. I emailed again and told them the replacement item was delivered to some unknown address . They replied and said Sorry to hear that I didn’t like this item. But to do exchange or refund They need to know if I have opened and used the item. Also they need me to send it back. How can I use it or send it back? I said I never received package. I know you guys are reading this review. You guys are such a scammer..People do not use this company!!! I will keep writing my experience as much as possible at any websites/SNS until I get my refund.

I bought a gift certificate (Uber Eats) for an international client. It was processed by Goody. They sent me a receipt and a confirmation email. I also received an email when the recipient accepted the gift. However, the recipient never received the link to activate the gift. I emailed Goody support. They told me the gift card for Uber Eats was a violation of their terms and could not be activated. I asked for a more detailed explanation but they could not provide any other response except to say the terms had been violated. They also did not refund my money for the gift certificate.

Avoid Goody at All Costs – A Total Rip-Off That Holds Your Money Hostage I cannot warn people enough: Do NOT use Goody. This company is a complete scam disguised as a "convenient gifting platform." They take your money and basically hold it hostage while nickel-and-diming you with absurdly overpriced everything. I signed up thinking it would be a simple way to send gift cards to clients and colleagues. Big mistake. Want to send a basic gift card? Nope – you have to upgrade to their "Pro" account just for that basic functionality. Everything on the platform is ridiculously overpriced compared to anywhere else. The fees are outrageous, the selection is mediocre, and the whole experience feels designed to squeeze every last dollar out of you. Even worse? It is impossible to get your own money back out. They lock it down with every excuse in the book. I tried this service specifically for professional gifting and it was a total disaster. Wasted time, wasted money, and pure frustration. If you're looking for a reliable way to send gifts, look literally anywhere else. Goody is horrible, greedy, and not worth a single penny. I will never use them again and strongly advise everyone to stay far away. Zero stars. Save yourself the headache.

1 star. BrandBastion outreach offered me a $105 Amazon gift card for attending a 29-minute sales call. I attended the meeting in good faith. After the call, the gift provided was not the advertised Amazon gift card, but a different “gift of choice” via Goody. When I raised the issue, support initially responded with generic/automated replies about country availability (despite Amazon being available in the countries I offered), and only later clarified that their client had actually created a different offer than what was advertised. My issue is simple: if a specific incentive is used to secure attendance for a meeting, it should be honoured as advertised. If partners are allowed to advertise one thing and fulfil another, that creates a poor experience and undermines trust. Goody are partnered with them and as a result of that partnership should honor the gift also. Disappointing experience.

From a gift recipient perspective, I find Goody to be an unethical company that doesn't stand behind its service. The vendor THEY chose for my wife's gift failed to deliver after several weeks. I was told by Goody customer support to choose another gift, but Goody soon after expired it without prior notice. Wasted an enormous amount of our time. Awful customer service.

i will start by saying i did NOT get anything from this place. Work sent us a link to pick out a gift for employee appreciation. LOL what a joke. i got the message, work does NOT appreciate us! over priced junk for pre-teen and teenagers. waste of crap
