Found a nightstand for $200 on their website that they called the Eva Nighstand. When it shipped under a different name, I googled that name and found the exact same piece sold on Amazon for $115-- also sold at Overstock and WALMART. So much for unique pieces-- it seems some of these pieces are widely available everywhere and all they do is hike up the price. Very disappointing--they clearly market themselves as something they are not. Also so sketchy to change the name of pieces for their website...

This company does not stand behind their products/ purchases. I ordered a dresser that arrived damaged. Over the course of several months I could never receive a single response to remedy this. Fortunately, I had paid with Paypal and was able to secure help through them. Buyer beware if you shop at One King's Lane. They are by no means trustworthy!

This a complete scam!! They will charge you $199 for “white glove delivery” for a small area rug or small end table and then refuse to give you your money back when it’s left on the porch in the rain!! They never even called me to say they were delivering it! Which of course we were not home. They promised a refund when I ordered it and then refused. Complete scam if you ask me! Oh and then I find out my table is actually from Bed, Bath and Beyond!

I ordered a mirror late at night. Later, I realized it was the wrong one. The next morning I called immediately at 9 am to cancel my order. They do not cancel orders! Even though I just ordered 9 hours ago! The only option for me is to have it delivered and send it back myself and I need to pay for the costs! Worst policies! I will never order there again! Be careful!

I ordered a bed (at the advice of my designer) from OKL back in May. They gave me a delivery date of July 2-10th. I was a bit bummed it would take that long, but I did really like the bed and also I understand Covid delays so I ordered it any ways. July came, and I sent probably 5-10 emails during that time. The bed FINALLY shipped at the end of August. Already putting my total time at 3 months... for a bed frame. When I thought the process was over, I realized they had forgot all of the hardware, all of the corner pieces, and the legs. So I started calling/emailing again. Customer service is slow and not particularly helpful. There seems to be a major disconnect between the vendors and the actual people on the phones? A few weeks later I got the remaining pieces, but because I live in Canada, had to pay $100 for the shipping and duties (This is after the fact I already paid $700!! in duties/shipping the first time around). I understand its not their fault I live in Canada, but if they would've sent the package correctly the first time, this wouldn't have happened. I understand mistakes happen, especially during the times we are living in, I would just expect for a high end furniture store to make things right. I ordered a ton of things from CB2 and Mcgee and Co. and they were an absolute joy to work with, returns with no questions asked and made the entire experience so so easy. I wish I could say the same about One Kings Lane. They have nice stuff, but I'm not sure it's worth the hassle.

I ordered two chairs from one Kings Lane in July 2020 at a cost of about $3500. When the two chairs arrived, both of them had a broken leg. I immediately reached out to the company and asked for them to pick up the broken chairs and just send me two new ones. It is now months later. No one has ever called me about picking up the chairs. They’re saying I will not get new chairs until December 2020. The service has been terrible. You also have to wonder why two chairs that cost $3500 would have such poor workmanship that both of them would arrive with such significant damage. It has been a stressful and extremely disappointing process. I would never order from them again. I just emailed them for approximately the 10th time to ask for a remedy, but I am to a point that I feel like I have been scammed. --- Update to this review...it is now about three weeks later. Still no response from OKL. American Express has intervened to help and has temporarily reversed the charges until a response is received. I have now emailed One Kings Lane at least ten additional emails since I posted this review from which I have not received a single response. I would truly avoid doing business with them.

I am surprised to see these negative reviews. I made a large order and so far, all of my items have arrived early and have been beautiful. Still need to get a few more items so hoping the quality service and items continues...

Wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering from them. Ordered a $1200 bed in July. The delivery date continued to get pushed. I was advised in August that the delivery date would be Oct 1 -9. I noticed that OKL was preauthorizing my credit card weekly. On Oct 1 I contacted them to get status and was advised that it had not shipped and vendor was delayed. They could not provide me with a new target date and said to try back in a few weeks. I advised that I couldn't wait that long so I would like to cancel the order. I was advised that they wold have to get permission from the vendor to cancel. I asked how long that would take and was told to check back in 5 days.
