Know before you buy: I just experienced the poorest customer service ever, along with a poor product, my first time shopping with OneKingsLane.com. I purchased two Pyar&Co twin duvet covers, description stating they are made of “Blissfully Soft Cotton”. I received them two weeks later. They are absolutely NOT Blissfully Soft, and the price tag on the items showed $78 each, half what I paid. I also paid $37 initial shipping. OKL refuses to adjust the price, is making it difficult for me to return, charging an additional $46.50 “restocking fee”. I’m out $90 to return this terrible product. OKL charges customers 2 times more than products cost, does not give accurate descriptions, sells poor, dated, and potentially used products that would normally be seen on Etsy or EBay, charges 2x more for shipping, and does not negotiate. I wish I knew this before I made the purchase. My assessment: OKL is for price insensitive designers who never actually utilize the products, for show only.

I spoke with Carlos. He quickly gave me all the information I needed and was very professional and polite.

I called customer service for product support and found Danny to be very kind and helpful. She assured my questions would be promptly addressed.

Wanting to return an item that didn’t work for our space, I was unable to contact customer service by email as the link was messed up. However, the excellent service I received on the phone from Danny resolved the issue in minutes. Happy resolution.

I recently purchased a large wall mirror that had been stored in a closet until the completion of my renovation. When it was time to hang it, I was so disappointed to find that the mirror was broken. It was past the return window so I was pretty sure I was going to be out a few hundred dollars, but I contacted OKL customer service anyway. Luckily I got a great customer service rep who was willing to escalate my case. She kept in constant contact and was very responsive overall. A couple days later she gave me the good news that OKL was willing to replace the mirror. In addition to being extremely relieved, I’m just so impressed with their customer service. I would not hesitate to buy from them again knowing that they back their products with excellent customer care. And Maria is a top notch representative.

I ordered two wicker balloon chairs (I wish I could remember the person who helped me over the phone...Fernando maybe?... because he was super helpful and without him I couldn't have figured out the discount and been able to get them). Shipping got a little weird--I received lots of emails with all sorts of ETA dates but ultimately they did arrive on the early side of the original quoted window. I would definitely advise calling the shipping company to confirm arrival day & time. One of the emails I received told me they would arrive the next day but when I called to arrange a better time they were still several states away, lol. As for the chairs themselves, I LOVE them. They do have intential aged patina on the wood trim, fyi. Also, seat cushion is very firm. They can easily be reupholstered if desired.

Horrible customer service! Will never order from One Kings Lane again. Bought a framed print as a birthday gift for a friend on 9/8. Shipping label created on 9/9, but the item still has not been mailed. Takes days to get a reply over email concerning the issue— then the response is vague and totally unapologetic and places blame on the vendor due to COVID. I’ve never heard of a vendor suspending its most basic business operations, like shipping, for weeks on end. Requested expedited shipping or a partial refund and the company will not reply!

Amin was very responsive when I left a message asking for a more thorough description of the coloring in a rug online at OKL.
