DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU EVER NEED TO GET A REFUND!!!! I bought a $321.00 duvet cover, sent it back within a month, almost 3 MONTHS later, no refund. Still being given the run around. This company is a FRAUD!

I placed an order mid January for an 11 inch rustic brown jar and days past the date it was supposed to arrive, I called their customer service line and after an extremely long hold time, was told that my jar was delivered to a different state and they would contact the vendor and notify me as to the response. Finally heard back days later that the vendor never responded and then another week passed. I phoned them again and they told me they had contacted the vendor multiple times (no one ever told me this or followed up) and no response. I had the exact same thing happen with one kings lane with a different jar from the same collection, months prior, it never arrived and I had to keep calling and someone finally told me it wasn’t available anymore. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told there were none available and I could expect a call back within a couple days. I asked the representative why they would continue to use a vendor that isn’t responding and making so many errors?? I also asked for a replacement and for it to be expedited and that wasn’t an option. Zero help, no one there seems to care. To top it off, they sent me a return label, but there’s nothing to return bc I never received it.

The customer service agent was horrible. She did not provide an update for my order which was placed over a month and half ago. I have no idea when my order is being delivered and refused to get any further details for me. Additionally, the agent hung up on me without saying anything when I asked my last question and I was very frustrated. I have received no updates as to when my order will be delivered. I will never be buying from here. Instead of saying thank you for your business, I get hung up on and it was disrespectful. I will never purchase from this website ever again.

The worst. Multiple calls to customer no-service. All they do is tell you what they won’t do, they do nothing. Order is weeks late, no call from delivery company to schedule. Eventually found delivery company contact info for my area, called them and scheduled delivery. Today’s delivery day, took two calls to get delivery service to answer the phone, now told delivery will be hours late. No regard for your time. No platitudes about being sorry, and reaching out to you via email, yada yada, please. You have the history and flat don’t care, I understand. Goal here is to warn others so they don’t experience the same.

Ordered two barstools which did not work for me. Had to pay a restocking fee on each item and shipping costs of $200 each way. Many of these high end online retailers offer free shipping which would have saved me $400. Pay close attention to the fine print of the return policies. Will not order again with these restrictive policies.

Every time I call they drop me after waiting for 30 minutes. They overcharged me by $150. Trying to cancel order. They now tell me it won’t be here for 3 months but did not say that when I ordered it. Very bad experience!!

I did receive my headboard, it’s nice, but not worth the $600 I paid. The struts for this headboard are too tall…so unless your bed it 26 inches or taller there will be a few inches of a gap btwn the mattress and bottom of this headboard. Customer service says sorry…but nothing they can do. Some day we will all get fed up hopefully and start shopping at brick and mortar stores again.

I think even 1 star is generous to review the outrageously bad Customer Experience I’ve received from One Kings Lane on my last order. I placed an order in November 2023 and after their carrier “was unable to reach me” to schedule white glove delivery (which, of course, I paid for thinking it would actually BE “white glove” as stated), they never delivered the item. Finally, when I called their One Kings Lane - awful - customer service (not the carrier) to actually schedule my item to be delivered and agreed on a date, I received a call from their carrier on the same day of delivery to tell me the item was damaged and they had to re-request it to the supplier/One Kings Lane and would not be able to deliver it until of January 2024. We are currently end of January and I have not heard back from them, so I called today and the response was that now their item is “out of stock” so they have issued a full refund to my FOP. They did not even offer a 10% discount to admit how sloppy and offensive this whole process has been as Customer Service. So, with my full refund, I will take my business somewhere else. I think these people should not be in business at all, so I hope they get what they deserve.
