OneAZ Credit UnionReviews of oneazcu.com

5 stars for Melissa Graeves! I have been really blessed by her assistance in helping me with the guidance I needed at the time. She is always very professional and very personable, making me feel like I am family 👪 I love that about her and I want to share this with whoever I can. She's a keeper!

I came to One AZ credit union because after a long experience with a different popular bank. Your team truly resolves issues and makes sure if they have to hand you off to someone. Even a different company, they make sure it works, if it doesn't they stay with you and create a different solution. I have to commend the team, wait, applauded the team , because this level of service doesn't seem to exist anymore. Even though I'm not a millionair I was treated as one. My faith in humankind is restored. Thank you for being a leader in the banking business and a first class example to all the business . I do regret that I don't have the name of person who did all the above mention to assist me, she didn't just pass me off she covered every base to ensure resolution. Thank you so much! Alan Gray

Karmy was amazing yesterday! She moved mountains to get our unique auto loan situation worked out in a time crunch. Thank you so much for your hard work! The wife loves the vehicle and it was a near painless process. I look forward to working with her and OneAZ for any future needs.

Melissa at OneAZ Credit Union was very professional, courteous and helpful today regarding setting up a new bill payee account. She also suggested a way to keep my old account (that has the same name as the new account, but a different address), in order to preserve my payment history.

Gianna Ciancimino was so helpful and sweet on helping my son open his account! And answered all his questions!!

Karen responded promptly and politely. Her answers were prompt and acceptable. Great job

Fast and easy

Gianna at the Safford branch was so professional and friendly! She explained every step of the wire transfer and setting up new savings accounts in a way we could understand. Now that we have her number, she will be our go-to banker!
