Good follow-up!
Michelle, from Virtual Assistance is great! She followed up with a call about a very recent frustrating experience. I tried to setup my OneAZ VISA as a Wallet Hub for UBER. I ended up using an alternative Credit card, but I am very impressed that she reached out nevertheless.

5 stars for Karmy! She was great helping me with my auto loan. Very knowledgeable and helpful. She stepped in when another banker was dropping the ball. Highly recommend her and appreciate her help.

Social security recently held my…
Social security recently held my February payment because I made too much money last year sending my bill payments into Kaos. Socail security said they sent me a letter however I either didn't get it or I misunderstood it if I did. I went into the hospital for spine surgery and upon discharge I noticed my account was a mess. I was able to put everything back in order with the awesome help of Christina and Adam at the corporate office. They were very professional, courteous, and compassionate. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Sonia is FABULOUS!

Great Auto Loan Experience
Great banking/loan experience! Contacted Marilyn Ramos from OneAZ and she took care of everything from start to finish. She had me approved same day for my auto loan and walked me through every step of the process. Probably one of the best loan experiences across the board in terms of rate and communication.
