My interaction with Ella Pritchett in Personal Lines of Credit was a very enjoyable experience. She is the most personable, knowledgeable and patient individual that I have dealt with in a long time. I can’t say enough about how easy Paul make the whole loan process. We just financed a horse trailer with him. This is the third deal he has done for me. The rates are great, the process is easy and I would recommend him to anyone.

I had called in to make sure my payoff checks arrived at the Safford Branch. The person I spoke with was Emma Graham, she was an absolute delight to speak with. Ms. Emma messaged the Safford Branch manager, they assured her that they received the checks and my accounts were being paid off. She explained why the CC took a little longer. I felt relieved that everything was being taken care of. Needed to cancel an in person appointment. Online chat with Karen L Sperduti took care of the cancellation. She even offered to reschedule for me but I had already done that online. Received a text confirming the cancellation. Real timesaver being able to do this via online chat.

He was easy to reach and quick to respond, all things that were needing since my husband and I were on a time crunch to purchase a vehicle off a private property.
