I have been a member since I moved to Arizona, and, as usual, whenever I call Member Support the person I talk to about my issue/question has an answer. Today was no different. I had a question about an online transfer from my 1AZ account to another account at another financial institution. Within a few minutes my question was answered. The person I talked to was respectful and polite. You can't ask for anything more.

Melissa and Candace resolved a problem for me that was not addressed in the live chat I tried or in the numerous calls I made to try and reach a live person. My persistence paid off. I was finally able to reach Melissa by choosing the phone option of the loan department, which gave me a live person who transferred me to a very helpful team of women. My issue was with a discrepancy in my current address in the credit union system. The address on my profile was correct; however, my new CC was sent to my past address. I have lived at my current address for over 3 years. The person in the chat message could not understand what I was trying to say. There were no proper choices in the drop-down boxes. It was imperative that I speak to a live person to resolve this issue. Thanks to Melissa and Candace who went above and beyond to listen and to resolve my issue. They saved the day. My frustration level was very high by the time they stepped in. Thank you ladies

Speaking With Ella Pritchett was most wonderful. She provided in detail all information that was needed in order to make a decision in opening my CD. Her professional tone, knowledge and courtesy made that much better. I look forward to more interaction with Ella when it comes to my financial safeguard. Thank you Ella, you are the BEST!

I had the pleasure of speaking with Beth who carefully listened to and understood 'my story'. I am in unknown territory and did not understand exactly what was happening. She understood and answered questions along with explaining what was happening presently and what to look for and expect in the near future. She was knowledgeable, polite and thorough. If you happen to speak with her in the future you can feel comfortable with knowing she is very good at what she does!

OneAZ Credit Union was a wonderful organization to work with as a group; however, Ella was definitely exceptional. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and an all around pleasant person. She never failed to answer my questions or to return a message or phone call. Originally I was nervous about working with an out of town company but Ella managed to earn my confidence. She completed everything swiftly and efficiently even with my multiple online errors, as technology is truly not my friend. I highly recommend OneAZ Credit Union as a financial institution. I was able to speak to a real person each time I called, and my questions were answered timely, politely, and logically.

I have been a member of OneAz for many many years and have always liked their customer service. Since I have been a member so long I wanted to have their credit card instead of another banks so I applied and was blessed to have Arnol Rojas as my customer service representative. I did everything via email and he was very helpful and patient! My husband and I have both been sick and trying to focus during this time has been a challenge but Arnol was very patient and always helpful and really caring. So polite and upbeat on the phone. He was a joy to have help us and we really appreciated his efforts on our behalf and I am happy to write this review to say so.

Malinda Horlick is one of the truest embodiments of what it is to be and make a difference in Financial Advisory, and professional presentation. Her methodologies and talents in being able to communicate effectively, and deliver stellar blue-printing ways of Financial handling most certainly deserve a standing ovation and a case study of how to conduct (Credit Union-wise). Simply spoken: MAGNIFICENT!

Charlene made refinancing my new car super easy. She explained everything thoroughly and was very pleasant to speak with. I definitely recommend OneAZ for both banking and purchasing a vehicle.
