I had a very positive experience while trying to get my account back to a positive amount. I failed to confirm a few Zelle tranfers and that put our account in a negative status. We noticed it over the weekend and had to wait until Monday to call. Joanne was one of the best customer service reps that I have ever had to talk with. I am in customer service and have been for a long time. Communicating and listening is by far the most important. She listened to every work I said. She understood and she made suggestions that made sense. I knew immediately that she was going to help me. Best experience!!!! Thank you to Joanne and Jay for helping us with our account.
