I received a long text message which caused me to be confused, frightened and concerned. I called my OneAZ Credit Union with questions about the text. I was helped by Kaisha Doyle, she listened, checked my account asked me to read to her the message I had received and helped me to understand that someone was trying to scam me. I am very thankful to Kaisha for her professional manner, her patience and for being so helpful. Thank you again.

Love having a local credit union! Today I realized that I had incorrectly designated a transfer to the wrong account, and Michelle Watson had it corrected within minutes, all via chat on my app. Couldn’t be easier!

Originally, I was disappointed, I could not order checks online, so I was given the customer service number. And I was very pleased with the service I received from McKenzie. She was pleasant, upbeat, efficient, and knowledgeable. She handled everything on her end so I could move this item off my to do list. Well, done, McKenzie!

Kaisha handled my phone call very well. She answered my question about inactivity fee. I was encouraged that there is a requirement for only one activity per account per year to waive this fee. She also helped me to navigate my online account on my pc so I succeeded in changing my auto-transfer from $3/month to $1/quarter to avoid the inactivity fee. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask my other questions and we hung up prematurely. So I called back. Now I'm waiting for a call back. Thank you, Kaisha (and later, Joshua).
