I needed to order checks today and couldn’t find how to do it on the app. I did a chat and within minutes my checks were ordered for me! I’ve been a customer at One AZ for almost 20 years and they have always been fantastic!

As a newer member to this CU I am still learning the in's and outs. I had an issue with a charge on my account and Michelle Watson was extremely helpful getting it addressed. She also provided some information in regard to some things I was not aware of about my account, which I will now definitely pay more attention to. It was certainly a pleasure dealing with a knowledgeable and very helpful associate. Thank you!!!!

Worked with two amazing employees today. Marilyn Ramos and Chris Perry. Marilyn got a loan in line of credit completely processed and funded very quickly. I need to have a power of attorney notarized and stopped in a branch without an appointment. Chris got me in and got everything taken care of. Both employees are assets to the credit union. Really happy with my choice in this credit union!
