Charlene J made this whole auto loan process seamless! Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She also responded quickly to any emails I sent. She truly provided GREAT customer service and would highly recommend her and the bank to anyone! Thanks for making this experience a quick and easy one!

This is the place for your banking needs
One AZ Credit Union is the model for digital banking in the 21st century. They are the very best with the very best attentive customer service. Michelle Watson is an exceptional Digital Representative, but my experience with all of the staff has always been a great experience.

Car loan
We have all our cars financed through OneAZ and Arnol helped us with couple car loans. He is very professional and through which made our experience so smooth and quick. We have had two loans serviced by One Az and always receive efficient , friendly, and responsive service. Zach Rafidi was wonderful. It’s nice to have a trusted local credit union for our needs.

Ella P & Seidy were Amazing!
Ella P. helped me with my first car buying experience and I couldn't be more appreciative of how patient and informative she was! There where times when I began to feel defeated about the process, but Ella hung in there with me and after 3 weeks I'm loving my new Kia. Also a quick shoutout to Seidy who assisted me when Ella was out of office! As busy as I'm sure your days are, Ella and Seidy never made me feel rushed or dumb (lol) OneAZ is lucky to have you ladies! Thanks again!
