Longtime customer of OneAZ
As a longtime customer of OneAZ, I am still proud to say they are my bank of choice! No matter what question I have member services is always able to answer, with a smile and customer service excellence. No transferring the call to offshore support. Real, honest, customer service excellence from team member who know Arizona and can engage in meaningful conversation while they answer questions and solve problems.

Wendy Helms is a miracle worker
Wendy Helms is a miracle worker! We went on a total adventure together. She worked so hard to make the purchase of a vehicle effortless. From beginning to end white glove treatment, open communication, feeling like you have a teammate... I only have words of praise and gratitude. Choose her! You will not be disappointed.

Karen is a great asset to OneAZ
Karen helped me with my issue and we were done in 2 minutes. I had asked for help in the online portal and she gave me instructions then waited while I did it! Perfect! Kind, patient and helpful! Thank you Karen!

Awesome service
I had 2 issues to resolve re:my accounts with OneAz..Michelle Watson was very patient and attentive while I described my frustration, and within a few minutes she had resolved those issues, and guided me through a few additional suggestions re:using my online account services and "how-to's" that have since made my online OneAz experienceso much easier. She was patient and thorough. I was pleasantly surprised, and appreciate it when the term SERVICE" is a reality!! Thank you OneAz and Michelle.

Fantastic experience
