Great customer service
Great customer service! I have banked with them for several years and have never been disappointed in their service. I just opened an refinance auto loan today. My Virtual banker, Seidy Gardea Trejo, made the process extremely simple and straightforward.

How larger deposit shows up on account…
How larger deposit shows up on account when deposited. It was confusing and I didn't know where the two transactions originated from as the total deposit also show on the account. Once explained it made sense. Thanks so much to Patricia for the clear explanation.
