I would rate 0, absolutely shite, keep phoning, begging for help because my pdm keeps malfunctioning to be told the don’t see the issue and other extremely rude responses after countless videos and photos to be told, just switch it on and off again, that’s all fine and dandy until I really need insulin and I have to wait for it to turn on again. A life changing thing should change it for the worse. I’m going to request to change pumps tomorrow. We even offered to pay for one and they still just ignored us. So disappointing.

I don't know why Omnipod has such great reviews on YouTube and I Facebook groups. Its awful especially after I switched from Dexcom G6 to G7. You have to wear them right next to each or they don't work. My blood sugar control has gotten worse and I am constantly correcting with an insulin pen when I get over 250. Omnipod doesn't seem to work foe me over 250. I think about my pump all the time and am constantly checking my blood sugar and was not doing that on regular injections. I do not get the hype of pumps. I have been trying to make this work for 3 years and am going back to injections.

Rude customer service, Pods failing and detaching, omnipod 5 terrible doesnt communicate with sensor, constantly switches to manual, will be asking my Dr to change me to another system

Poor customer service. I haven't even tried the product and am going to the competition. Buyer Beware!

Wife went into DKA 2 times because the G7 malfunctioned-she has went back to the G6 and so far all is good-trying to fund an attorney to file law suit for endangerment of life.

Omnipod only lasted one day. Went into the shower and when I got out, the omnipod had come out. What kind of crap is that?? E-mailed omnipod and said thank you but I’ll go back to shots. I don’t need to worry about it falling out after every shower.

Hate it. This is supposed to be life changing and take the ease off daily injections. I’ve had type one diabetes for 36 years and was super excited about this so called life changing device. But it’s been nothing but a nightmare. The device just no longer connects to my libre or the device they give you to manage the pod. I go almost whole days with no blood sugar readings, the pod and the libre can not connect and I have changed both numerous time and at the same time. The omnipod service helper said that it’s probably because I work next to a laptop all day so it is interring with the device (who doesn’t). I’ve had two break and start making the alarm sounds. I am always in limited mode because it can’t read my libre sensor. It’s actually been so Stressful I am debating leaving it and going back to manual. The omnipod helper gave every excuse from having the tv on during application to showering too long. Thing is it worked fine for a week or so then went totally down hill

Absolutely hate mine. Constantly wakes me up giving me too much insulin or it is having issues. This week I had get up and throw it outside because it did not stop blaring for 12 hours even after it told me to delete the app. Now I still can’t get someone to reset the medicine setup because who thinks to write all that down when if is blaring like a fire alarm. 3 days still not a call for help
