Great lights and a great seller. Had one of many strings with a power supply issue and it was promptly replaced under warranty. Issue totally resolved with one email. You gotta love served like that. The lights are bright and have great saturation. Excellent for a holiday display.

These lights are cheap and will not last outside in an area with winter weather. They are not bright and can’t be seen outside. Also company does not fallow its own return policy

I purchased 2 sets of lights from Ollny for Christmas. I was very happy with how beautiful they were. There was a very slight issue with the remotes and instead of asking me to do a bunch of tests and film the tests and then send the video back to them, they made it EXTREMELY simple...they simply said, "Don't worry about it - we'll be happy to send you 2 new sets of lights at NO CHARGE." Which they immediately did! And they didn't even ask me to return the original lights. The 2 new replacement for the lights I originally ordered arrived 3 days later (again, at no cost to me) and worked perfectly. I have told others about my great experience with the helpful and knowledgeable Support Team and the excellent quality of the product! I look forward to doing business with Ollny again soon - and I will continue telling my friends about my great experience! Thank you! From Scott Campbell.>

We bought some Xmas tree lights from Ollny but the timer was defective. However, as soon as I contacted them I recharged reply and a replacement timer was sent. All working well and we love the lights. Many thanks.

I bought 2 sets of lights (ollny) through Amazon. The green light on the plug of the second string lights up but the lights do not turn on at all. The two sets were the same model number but the remote from the second set is in Chinese and does not look even close to the remote for the first set. When I reached out to ollny, their response was to try and buy the same model so that the remotes would match. Never would answer me as to why the lights do not come on. Do not waste your money. This company does not stand behind it's products.
