great customer service and product selection.

Ordered 2x60m and a curtain of fairy lights. One of the two 60m chains flickered. I got in touch with the support team. They helped me look for the problem, found the fault and sent me the replacement part as quickly as possible. Super support and the fairy lights also look very good. I can only recommend them.

Bought a set of lights from this company, as a returning customer. The lights are fab, but we couldn't get the remote to work. I emailed in, and was answered the same day. They said they would send a replacement. Within a week a whole new set of lights arrived. I was emailed every step of the way to update me. Great customer service, and great products. I would highly recommend this company. I rarely write reviews, and they are usually negative to warn people off. But I thought this company deserve a genuine review. I will definitely be buying all my lights from them in future.

Die Lichterkette ist super. Nach ca. 6 Monaten gab es einen Defekt. Der Kundenservice hat super schnell geantwortet und ohne Beanstandung innerhalb 3 Tage eine neue Lichterkette geschickt.

I purchased a string of lights and few of them did not work. I emailed the company directly and told them. They apologized and sent me a replacement. They were super friendly and helpful. thank you!
