Fantastic customer service. I bought fairy lights and they stopped working after a few weeks. I contacted customer service directly and they immediately sent me out a replacement and were so quick to respond and help me sort the issue. The new lights seem to be working differently also, so I assume my first set were faulty. The new lights are working much better and look fab. Again, the customer service was exceptional and I recommend buying from this company. Thanks again!

Ein dickes Lob an den Kundendienst. Nach drei monatlicher Benutzung ging die Beleuchtung kaputt und der Kundendienst hat innerhalb einer Woche alle geregelt. Echt guter Service, jederzeit wieder.
