Excellent customer service! I contacted the company after my lights burned out within the year. They requested photos and I sent a video as well. They sent me a new string of lights without a bunch of fuss. Great company!

Ollny customer support have been brilliant. I purchased some LED fairy lights from them which have been fantastic and great value. However a few months in and for some reason they stopped working. Olly did not hesitate to send me out a replacement, that’s customer service. Definitely would recommend their products based on my own experience and the company are quick at responding to my emails.

I recently purchased 3 sets of icicle lights from ollny and the lights looked great they worked really well , when i was taking them down i noticed lots of the lights were rusty and couple of them had fell off . I contacted customer services and sent them pictures of the faulty lights , the response was fantastic and they swiftly replaced my 3 sets of lights they also said their tech guys would look into it as it was like some the lights were not sealed properly . I have no idea if this will happen to my new ones i shall find out next christmas but thanks ollny for your help with the issue .

I needed a new controller plug for my icicle lights outside. Because it was under warranty, I was sent a replacement within a couple of weeks. Customer service was friendly and prompt. I would buy again from this company. As far as the lights, they are beautiful. I have them attached to fencing around our pool deck. We have had them for a year and they have survived a couple of hurricanes and many storms.
