i had an issue with the timer on my holiday lights. they would set off an hour later every day. i messaged customer support and was assisted by cecilia. she understood my frustration and sent me a new timer. when i received the package, i was surprised she sent me a new complete box of lights! i swapped out the old timer with the new one. lights go on without a time delay now. thank you so much for the professional service!

Do not buy from these people! Lights stopped working after 2 weeks. I emailed to ask for a replacement but was only sent an abrupt response saying all lights and plugs are out of stock and thanking me for my time! Their customer service is appalling and I would advise everyone to shop elsewhere. Avoid at all costs!

Pretty similar experience to others. Lights lasted less than 4 months. Have sent 2 emails without even receiving a reply. Amazon asked for feedback on response from seller !! I suggest you buy from somewhere else.

had no reason to deal with customer care so can only comment on the products,excellent in price quality,really bright xmas lights cannot fault them.

These people are useless for customer help. They take 3 days to back to you, whether by email or 'chat', only to ask you to send photos or proof of payment when you've already done so. They obviously don't even read the enquiries. After saying they could fix my lights if bought within 1 year, they then said it was too much trouble for them and they wouldn't offer a refund even though they had no replacement. Just lousy service and obviously a disappointing product as it stopped working within a week. Loose connections all round...
