OllnyReviews of ollny.com

Excellent customer service! I received a broken set of lights (working but with a couple of the plastic globes detached) and there was no hesitation in immediately sending a replacement set. There was really friendly communication throughout. New lights arrived really quickly and are looking great in the garden.

Super Service.

I had a complaint about a defective string of lights. The exchange was handled promptly, and the support was absolutely hassle-free. That’s what good customer service should be like! I can definitely recommend them.

I placed an order with all Ollny and it arrived quickly was exactly as advertised, however, was one bundle short. I contacted their support staff And made them aware of the discrepancy. They said they would resolve the issue immediately. After about 12 or 14 hours, I received an email saying yes, we checked you’re right you’re a bundle short.(as if lying about it would make me rich to get one bundle.) they immediately rectified the problem and I received my missing bundle in no time. Again as advertised good working condition. Exactly what I had wanted. I would do business with Ollny again, in fact have placed an additional order, for several additional bundles of lights. I think it’s an excellent product for the price and I’m very pleased not only with the product but the service when there was any sort of an issue. (which they have proven to my complete satisfaction) I support this business wholeheartedly S. R. Finch.

Solar lights looks absolutely amazing Delivery was super fast Customer service was 5* Will definitely purchase from you again in the future

They are fabulous lights we have brought 4 sets over the last two years and recently 2 more all working perfectly only sad news is that the old ones linked together to run on one supply - and they are no longer making them chain together 🥲

Ollny’s customer service could not have been any better. In December ‘24, I have purchased my 2nd set of lights, but I didn’t check if they work on arrival. At the end of March I wanted to install the lights and discovered they do not work. I contacted the customers service, and they were brilliant. The communication was prompt and in less than a week I received a replacement. All working perfectly and the LED lights look excellent. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service. Responded to my email within a few hours. Assisted me on what to do, and when it did not work, replaced the item. Even received follow up calls. Impressed with the company and will buy products from them when needed and if available.
