I just received my custom-made Mitsis dress here in Illinois, and I am absolutely in love 🥰 The sparkly skirt is beyond magical - it shimmers with every step and feels like it was made for a fairytale. And the lace top? So delicate and elegant, it fits me like a glove. The craftsmanship is outstanding, and I can’t believe how perfectly it came together! From the very beginning, the Olivia Bottega team made the process feel so personal and special. They kept me updated during the tailoring, answered all my questions, and made sure everything went smoothly-even the international shipping! I honestly can’t stop smiling. Thank you so much for making my dream dress a reality 💞

Great cust service & quality garments
Very responsive and detail oriented team. Loved how my dress turned out and they were sure to respond to emails to make me feel comfortable about any extra details I wanted to relay. They also answered all my questions which was a lot! Would recommend to any bride who sees something on the website that might be their dream wedding dress or just a product they are interested in!!!!!!!!!

The dress is pretty but I am very unhappy with it. Money wasted and customer service can't help. They tell you how to lace up the dress. That's it. It's literally for my wedding and I'm stuck without using it.

Our team genuinely tried to find a solution for you—we even offered to adjust the bodice for free! However, without receiving your measurements while wearing the dress, we weren’t able to move forward with any alterations. Since the gown was made according to the details on our website, the best option we could offer was to experiment with the lacing for a better fit. Amazing!
I had my dress custom-sized with Olivia Bottega. Delivery was a little faster than stated on their website. The quality of my wedding dress was superb. I got a lot of compliments from the guests for how well-made the dress was.
