I wanted to return one of them and Olivela responded very quickly and sent me an email saying they would be happy to help me. Never Received, SCAM, TERRIBLE experiencE
times through chat and email but no one responded. My order never is 544101, the tracking photo SHOWS that my package was delivered to the wrong house and I'm furious that this company doesn't have the decency to respond to an email or chat to even address the issue. Scam. UPDATE: As of Dec 6th 2024, Olivela has not reached out to me, even though the rep below said they would. I have emailed them 3 more times for the purchase I initially made a month ago but no one has responded. They are not reachable through the chat function on their site and no one responds to emails. My money is gone. This is a complete scam. Do Not Be SCAMMED LIKE ME!
