Unfortunately you have to give a start! OLAPLEX your products need removing off the market they've total ruined my hair. I had only been using 0, 3, 5 OLAPLEX for 5months as my hairdressers said I could benefit from using as I had gone back blond! My hair wasn't that damaged but she said it was some sort of miracle bond builder🤣🤣 MORE LIKE A BOND DESTROYER! Well where do I start, over the last 5 months my hair that should of been getting better with the use of these 3 OLAPLEX product has slow just got dry brittle snapping falling out in clumps to the point that I've lost at the back of my hair over 6inchs in length and around 4 to the sides!!! I also came out in a horrendous rash after the use of OLAPLEX 0 which covered the whole top part of my body and lasted over 3 was very painful. I am also a full qualified hairdressers and have never had anything like this happen to me or my hair, I so wish I had read up about these products before using as this seems to be a common thing with OLAPLEX product and there are thousands of women with the same issues as me there is a Facebook group and several others. I've been left with depression due to the damaged with my hair and im very angry as i am one of thousands of women yet this product still on the market and there doesn't seem to be any where to turn or help. I'm having to go back dark and have hair extension put in all cost me a fortune please people don't use an of the OLAPLEX product they really are the worst thing I've ever use! I really think I could of gone to bed with bleach on my hair and it wouldn't of caused as much damage as OLAPLEX has to my hair!!!

Vreemd dat ik berichten lees van gebruikers die een tegenovergestelde ervaring hebben met Olaplex. Mijn haar was heel droog, veel haaruitval, jeukende hoofdhuid en schilfers. Na 2 keer olaplex te gebruiken heb ik geen schilfers meer, weinig tot geen haaruitval en mijn haar is glanzend! Ik gebruik nummer 4 en 5 als shampoo en conditioner. Nummer 3 en 8 als masker.

I received a sample of olaplex 3 in Sephora box now they’re in the U.K. Well I have bleached hair, not majorly damaged at all, but was dry. I followed instructions to a T and immediately after washing my hair is shedding like it never has done before. I used it Tuesday 8th November 2022 and since then my hair is legitimately falling out. Mainly from the back of my head. Whenever I wash my hair, my hands have joe all through my fingers, when I comb it after washing my brush is full of hair. I have NEVER experienced this before. I rarely use heat on my head, always air dry and I’m taking biotin as of last week. I also drink a lot of water so I’m hoping that this will increase growth. I’m trying to find a shampoo/conditioner which will help me.

I lost half of my hair from olaplex and still shedding. I was using olaplex 3 for a year and stopped using it 1 month ago. It will take years to get my hair grow back if ever.

HORRIBLE PRODUCT. RUINED MY HAIR!!! The worst part was when I contacted the company and advised them, it was beyond my return period so I had to eat the $100 cost!!! Do not use this awful product!

If I could give this product zero I would! DO NOT USE! I wish I’d read the comments here before wasting money. Everything that people have said here is true: it causes damage & breakage, unusual knots & the hair gets thinner- my already fine hair even worse. Like many people I invested in a more expensive product in the hope of improving the quality of my hair. It has never been worse. Clumps falling out! Because I dye my hair I don’t blowdry no use heat styling I also only wash occasionally. The first application did seem to work well so I continued to use the products. I only hope what little hair I have will recover.

My hair gets bleached every 4 weeks and has been for the last 3 years. I use the shampoo, conditioner and #6 bond smoother....AMAZING..my hair is so soft in awesome condition thanks to these products! #6 stops the frizz..awesome Highly recommend these products

So far so good. All the people complaining its probably not from the site or they are using it wrong! It's not a daily shampoo... a little goes a long way. It fills in damage with bonding it does not FIX hair... It helps making it stronger.. Hair also naturally snaps in time. As for the balding etc half of them have prob had the covid vaxx or even covid itself! - Known to cause hair loss... Olaplex has had great reviews for years! Stress can cause alopecia, your hormones might have part to play? Or maybe your hair is that Terrible it's saying no! I seen a comment that their hair wasn't damaged but is now.. why use Olaplex then? Hair is dry you might use to much heat, hair transition every 7 years or so also... I find alot that are complaining arnt using the stuff off the actual site itself.. Amazon, ebay are both terrible for fake stuff CHECK THE QR CODE ON THE BACK!
