My hair is so completely damaged it’s breaking off horribly! I can’t hardly brush my hair without losing handfuls of it. It tangles so bad that it feels like plastic hair, like a Barbie hair. It is also so dry and brittle. I am horrified and in complete distress. My scalp is red, it itches and have some blisters. DO NOT USE THIS POISON in your hair!

I used the shampoo for a long time, not realizing that it was causing damage to my hair. Before using it, my hair was healthy, soft, and long. After using this shampoo, I had a lot of breakage, mid shaft splits, and split ends on almost every strand. Also, my hair started to feel crunchy and hard, even after a fresh trim and deep condition. I would NEVER use this product again.

...then I purchased the full size no. 3, 4, and 5 from Lookfantastik and I now can barely untangle my hair. Always had a good experience at the stylist, but what I bought is even worse than cheap shelf products. So disappointed!

Game Changer

I've used the shampoo and conditioner for about 6 months, once a week. The first couple of months my hair was okay, nothing amazing, but then I noticed hair loss, slow at first and then the past month it has been falling out in handfulls, I've lost about 50% of my hair. The last wash withit I also had a horrendous reaction, the back of my neck came out in a horrific rash and I had to go to the doctors and get some cream to try and calm it down. I belong to a FB group, search it and you'll see mine, and other's, stories. You might think it's working well for you, as I did at first, but please quit now, beleive all these stories, your hair will, at some point, start falling out. I'm so so upset and have even looked at wigs as my, what used to be be, lovely long hair looks the worst it ever has in my life, I can't even get a brush through what's left. I am documenting with photos of the burns and hairloss because I truly believe there'll be a lawsuit at some point against this company.

Please read these reviews, read up on FB there is genuine hairloss, breakage and daily battles to try and repair the condition of hair that was trusted to this product. I’m experiencing texture change like never before - Like most people Olaplex was recommended to me as the complete professional hair care brand by my hairdresser and for the first few months it was, took me ages to realise what was happening to my hair was down to my hair care regime of Olaplex 3, 4 , 5 and as a monthly deep condition of No 8. I don’t know why I’m just a consumer but I’m out of pocket and confidence shattered, along with other sufferers.

Love this stuff, no.3, no.5 and the new serum are just incredible. Works on curly hair, I’ve never used anything else as good.

Tried this product for 7 months as my hair was thinning and breaking of mid way down the length of my hair. It's now never been so thin, dry and dull, complete waste of time and money
