DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT. I had thick long hair. I’ve been using this for 2 months now and my hair has never been in worse condition. Breaking, dry and shedding. Completely caught by surprise and caught up in the good advertising. Will not be using this again and will ensure to tell people about my experience so no one else has to experience it. Praying my hair will return to what it was some day.

Unfortunately awful and such a waste of money, I used the products for a year (shampoo, conditioner and oil) before I realised the damage it was causing. My hair is now dry, straggly and breaks off in huge volumes when I wash it and style it. Previously it wasn’t perfect but I had a lot of hair in pretty good condition. It’s probably now lost about half of the volume it once had in the space of those months. I will never use any of the products again and hope may hair recovers.

OLAPLEX RUINED MY HAIR!! I spent hundreds on Olaplex. The more my hair fell out, the more products i used and more frequently. When i stopped using Olaplex my hair stopped falling out and all the hair that snapped off starting growing back and i suddenly realised it was Olaplex causing the issue. The product i had spent HUNDREDS ON!!! Now 4 months on my hair is growing back and has gotten so soft. OLAPLEX RUINED MY HAIR!!

Please do yourself a favour and don’t waste your money or damage hair. Olaplex has damaged my hair I have been using it for about 11 months bought the kit from my hairdresser and from lookfantastic my hairdresser also used it in my bleaching process. Well it seemed to work then hair snapping, hair falling out in clumps, removing colour from hair, itchy scalp. I’ve had to have my hair cut short to my shoulders due to all the different lengths in my hair. This stuff is just awful. For those who have used it there is a Olaplex hair loss group on Facebook

Synes det et middel produkt. Jeg havde undersøgt virkelig meget hvor man kunne få de ægte produkter så jeg var sikker på det var ordentligt, men mit hår filtre stadig som tidligere desværre. Vil prøve til frisøren og få en kur også bruge produkterne derhjemme og se om det hjælper. Vil ikke bruge det efterfølgende hvis det ikke gør

Didn't notice a change with my products (leave in conditioner and bonding oil). But when it was time for my subscription to renew, I am almost entirely sure I clicked skip shipment (because I couldn't afford another and already had some left still so I was going to wait before I fully canceled). The order went through anyway. They sent me an email at 3am my time (midnight on the west coast) saying it went through and I had four hours to cancel if I wanted to. Four hours at 3 in the morning... So I woke up at 8am, saw, just missed the mark, and emailed them anyway. They said there were unable to help and I could return them if I wanted, but I wouldn't get the shipping cost back. All in all felt a little shady to me, clearly no one is canceling their order four hours from midnight (or 3am in my case).

Igennem 2 år nu har jeg brugt Olaplex og takket være dette produkt har jeg formået at få mit hår vokset langt og samtidig sundt og smukt. Jeg elsker nr. 4 (shampoo) og nr. 5 (conditioner) - og kan slet ikke undvære nr. 6 (leave-in creme). Men silver-shampooen (nr. 4P) er jeg ikke så begejstret for, selvom mit hår netop burde bruge den, (da jeg som 55-årig er 100% gråhåret). Den skummer næsten ikke og er svær at arbejde med. Jeg blander den sammen med den vidunderlige, elastiske nr. 4 - så går det lidt nemmere. Jeg ville desuden ønske, at man kunne få en conditioner med silver i - det er lidt skørt, at man skal bruge en silvershampoo og så derefter bare en hvid conditioner ...

I’m a licensed cosmetologist and I’ve personally been using Olaplex for about a year. My hair is so completely damaged it’s breaking off at all lengths, I can’t hardly get a brush through it, tangles so bad I had to cut it out!!! My hair has lost all luster it’s straw like! I was thinking this was amazing at first, but after using this product for the length I have I will NEVER recommend it to anyone!
