Just wondering if all the negative reviews are from people who have purchased counterfeit products from online platforms and not realised. Would be interested to know. Thank you. Personally I have always purchased from Olaplex legitimate suppliers and have never experienced a problem so far.

There was a problem with the order, however customer services were amazing. They were very fast to respond and the problem was fixed almost immediately.

Update/ incredibly quick customer service and an instant refund thank you Conditioner really has caused an allergic reaction and no one wants to know. Debating whether to send it back and stomach the £4 charge they stick on (look fantastic would NEVER do this and they also would be on this like a shot) big mistake buying this directly

Do 4 stelle complessivamente, perché il servizio di vendita Olaplex online è carente dal punto di vista dei prezzi (che si trovano migliori altrove), che dovrebbe rendere più accessibili con scontistiche e promozioni (che invece fa solo raramente); ma do 5 stelle, ne darei anche 10, a tutta la gamma dei prodotti Olaplex! Ho acquistato i numeri 3, 5, 6, 7. Li ho trovati strepitosi, i miei capelli ringraziano. Leggo di opinioni contrastanti, penso che un prodotto così specifico e dai preziosi componenti vada testato singolarmente, la risposta è soggettiva: nel mio caso posso dire di avere visto i miei capelli splendenti, sani e corposi dopo la terza applicazione. Nessun problema riguardo alla spedizione, che è stata precisa e velocissima. Customer Service da migliorare.

In un primo momento pensavo non si riuscisse a ricevere l ordine perché il link non mandava a nessun corriere , ma se scrivete una mail riceverete risposta e il link esatto per poter tracciare il pacco . Arrivato tutto in tempo

J’avais passé commande dimanche 8/09 j’ai reçu ma commande le mercredi 11/09, quand j’ai ouvert mon colis je me suis aperçu qu’ils avaient oublié 3 produits (n*4,n*5 et n*7) j’ai envoyé un mail des que j’ai ouvert mon colis (20min pour répondre, c’est super de répondre aussi vite, c’est très rare que les marques répondent aussi vite). La personne a passé commande sans que je dépense (encore heureux) et aujourd’hui nous sommes vendredi 13 j’ai reçu mes produits manquants. Je suis contente que le problème c’est résolu super vite !!

Jeg er godt tilfreds med Olaplex produkter. Jeg har laaaangt lyst hår. Mit hår er blivet kraftigere og føles stærkere. Ja, det er en del filter men det er det jo alligevel efter jeg har tørret det i håndklæde. Så tager jeg noget hårcreme mm i, så er det fint igen..
