OLAPLEX 3 & bonding oil I use only good quality products, professional shampoo and conditioner. I have shoulder length wavy hair, it's a bit dry. Tried olaplex 3 with bonding oil Nº 7. I am a bit disappointed, I was expecting better results. I was using it regularly and yet nothing special... my hair looks better when I use my conditioner. I think it's all about the brand... nothing, but marketing. I won't buy olaplex products anymore, they are expensive and not worth money.

Olaplex UK, currently are using the courier service Evri (formerly Hermes). The name change has not affected their terrible reputation and I'm assuming Olaplex chose this company as their courier service due to overheads only. They have just as many internal issues, theft, neglect, dreadful customer service as they ever had before. Olaplex itself is a good product, I'll clarify, nothing wrong with it. It works pretty well and smells nice too. If it arrives. If anyone at Olaplex UK sees this review, please change your courier service or I'd advise everyone, DO NOT BUY DIRECT. If this costs Olaplex commission charges through other companies etc. if you want it that bad, then good. It should do, Evri shouldn't be allowed to operate. If and when you change couriers to any other company at all, including royal mail for example, I'll adjust this review. Until then, I'll sit here dealing with Evri's customer service every few days they respond, and frankly Olaplex's own dismissive customer service. Won't buy direct ever again. Please, anyone reading, do yourself a favour and do the same

Ik gebruik deze shampoo & conditioner (en met enige regelmaat de nr. 3.) nu bijna een jaar en kan dan ook zeggen dat de shampoo géén haaruitval veroorzaakt en mijn haarkwaliteit er ook niet slechter van wordt. Hoe dan ook, na deze lange periode van het gebruiken van Olaplex, merk ik ook geen positieve effecten, behalve dat mijn haar minder snel vet lijkt te worden. De belofte die wordt gedaan dat het je haar sterker maakt/herstelt etc., wordt naar mijn mening totaal niet waargemaakt. Mijn punten blijven droog en mijn haaruitval is gelijk gebleven. Ten aanzien van de prijs: Het is inderdaad prijzig, maar ik (met lang haar en 2 a 3 keer per week wassen) doe bijna een half jaar met 250ml. Ik ga nu wel weer een andere shampoo proberen, aangezien Olaplex mij niet de verzorging biedt die mijn haar nodig heeft.

I started using olaplex and initially I thought it was good. However I have had an eczema like rash on my neck. Also my scalp itches and I have noticed every time I wash my hair it gets worse. Despite having quite a lot of this expensive product I will have to stop using it.

It hasn’t caused hair loss but it hasn’t done anything to improve my hair. I’m 50 and bought this because I was told it would increase hair growth. My hair is soft but no thicker than when I started. So definitely not worth the money.

De conditioner en de haarolie maken het haar glad en zacht. De shampoo maakt het haar slap en glansloos.

I used full range Olaplex whole last year after my hairdresser recommended it and it made no difference unfortunately, just made wallet lighter.
