For the love of god, DO NOT USE THIS… this has destroyed my hair. I barely have any hair left. My wedding is less than 4 months and I started using this to keep my hair healthy and help it grow as it was recommended by my friend. To say my hair is ruined from it is an understatement. I have my hair trial in a few days and I’m thinking of cancelling because I don’t think there’s much they can do with it after the damage olaplex has done to my hair. I have never experienced anything like it in my life. My hair is just breaking away and it’s all different lengths, hair at my crown is gone to nothing and also the side fronts of my hair. Different lengths all over my head. I eat healthy, use the best products on my hair, don’t use heat on it and I know for a fact olaplex did this… it’s so bad I had to buy clip in hair extensions to try and make it look a bit good, the hair is so bad at the back and crown it doesn’t even cover them so I don’t know what I’m going to do. I’m so angry and upset. Please don’t use this product, whatever is in it, it’s toxic.. it didn’t give an option for no stars so that’s why there’s a 1 star, which olaplex does not deserve.

This crap made my hair fall out...it didnt take long for me to realize it...i started shedding massive hair and hair breakage after the 3rd use...then i found several olaplex support groups linked to this product on facebook and realized it wasnt just me who experienced this...there are thousands of other women who went thru the same nightmare i did after using olaplex...you can see for yourself the thousands of photos on these fb groups....i beg of you....please DO NOT USE ANY OLAPLEX PRODUCT!! Youve been warned

I have used Olaplex for several months. No. 3, 4, 5, 8, and bonding. I used maybe 3 times a week. This product has destroyed my hair. It has made it fall out, with clumps in my shower and after brushing. Losing tons of hair, making it thin. My hair is normal in thickness with a natural wave. It has broke my hair where I have so much damage. After wearing it down, you can see little hairs sticking straight up on top of head from the breakage. AWFUL. I spent so much money on a product the salon recommended. I am back to using my original stuff and I hope this will repair. So far so good. DO NOT USE.

ZERO STARS!!!! ***DO NOT USE** Olaplex products are not for everyone!!! This product caused sores, itching, severe hair loss, and severe breakage of any hair that was left. I followed the directions TO THE TEE WITH A TIMER!!!

Håret mitt har aldri vært så tørt og ødelagt som etter å ha brukt Olaplex. Fargen er blass og håret brekker bare jeg tar i det. Jeg trodde først jeg hadde fått et fake produkt, men etter å ha fått verifisert autentisering, kom jeg over hundrevis av meldinger fra folk som har opplevd det samme. Jeg er overrasket over at ingen tar tak i dette og at så mange skylder på forbrukeren. Styr unna!

I had a salon treatment as advised with 1 & 2 when having my hair coloured . My hair seemed good and I was pleased with the result . I then purchased the whole Olaplex selection legitimately and followed the instructions , never tempted to overuse ( although Olaplex states you can't overuse product & it can't damage hair ) . I used twice weekly alternating products. This was deemed to be a wonder product by professionals and many you tubers . I did my research ensuring I applied and used correctly . My hair before was in ok condition . Shoulder length medium hair and now it is straw like , brittle at the ends . Weird flyaway frizzy broken hairs . My hair appears burnt , colour has lifted and no longer glossy . It tangles easily especially at the ends. I will try to upload some pictures . The one of my hair up was taken a week before I started using this product ( no option to upload pic ) . I will throw away this vile expense product as wouldn't give it away . I have joined a fb group and shocked to see how many other people are experiencing same problems and worse !

I love OLAPLEX! I am also a hairstylist so I know a great product when I try one! People that are having bad experiences are likely due to their water causing build up and not allowing the product to work effectively, or a myriad of other reasons. Especially if you have had Covid you can expect your hair to fall out there have been studies supporting this it doesn’t have anything to do with what hair product you use. Many issues can cause hair loss and breakage and that has nothing to do with that product you use on your hair.

I was using Olaplex6 and I noticed my long curly hair was dry and getting knotted up, which never happened before. I only wash my hair once every four days so I wasn't using it too often, and I shudder to think if I had, but I stopped. I could barely get a comb through my hair, I deep conditioned it and used Argon oil, and my hair recovered but I lost a lot from breakage. I would like to warn anyone to not use this product.
