Summer rental from Milan Malpensa. Liars and thieves. Rent at your own risk and expect to be scammed. I was informed that they needed to find damage (which they found alledgedly on the underside of the chasis) so that the staff can put food on their table. Take photos of the whole car, including the underside before you leave the site. Take the unacceptably poor shuttle service as just a taster of what is in store.

What a rip off, advertising a rental cost of €30/week then trying to rip you off for €150/wk for insurance. Steer clean of these scammers

Entered their place in Lisbon and two Brazilian workers were almost fighting with each other... when I entered the office the customer support said it was normal behaviour from those two.. I also received a terrible, terrible service of which I will never use again! I’m not giving one star because a bunch of workers shouldn’t generalise one entire company.

Third time in succession I have rented from OK, Faro and have been pleasantly surprised at the short wait for the shuttle. A full tank, a clean modern reliable car each time, friendly staff....highly recommended A bonus to take into account, OK operate outside of the routine twelve hour window of 8am - 8pm , therefore reducing out of hours charges

I rented a car on 1 august and returned it 14 august. You have stolen my deposit. If you steal 1700 Euro thats a crime. I been in contact with my bank and you have not returned my deposit. You keep telling me that you returned the deposit but thats a lie.. If you fail to pay me back i will contact the police. otherwise i have no problem fly back to Rome and block your buisness and will never give upp!!

Most rude workers at milan malpensa airport. We arrived earlier and asked if we could get the car bit earlier. They started selling us 200 eur more expensive car that we can get now. No other options were offered. If we wanted our own booked car they cannot get it ready before, not even 5 minutes earlier. The place was totally empty from customers and car park was full. Their stuff was just hanging around and smoking. They just wanted to get extra cash from us.

I booked a car to pick up from OK Rent a Car in the terminal at Rome Fiumicino airport on 2 August. I selected 'in terminal' on the booking site. When I arrived at Fiumicino there was no OK Rent a Car office in the terminal. The voucher from OK Rent a car said go outside and look for a black minibus with the OK Rent a Car logo. There was no such minubus. The phone number on the car voucher was a Spanish number - although we were in Italy. It didn't respond anyway when I tried to call. I had to find the OK Rent a Car office by doing my own research and finding my own means of transport to get there. When I finally got there, hours later, and challenged them about the location they said they "had moved from the terminal two days ago". The website still claims that the OK Rent a Car office is 'in terminal'. I have a screenshot of this. I have been deliberately misled and massively inconvenienced. I wrote to OK on 8 August to demand reasonable compensation for - the price differential between in-terminal and distant locations requiring a shuttle - the lack of shuttle transport provided between the terminal and the OK office - the time lost from my holiday - the stress cause by all the above It is now 4 September and I have had no reply from OK. What is worse, they have still not returned the £1086 deposit they took from my credit card, although they agreed there was no damage to the car when I returned it on 18 August. I am now having to pay interest on the credit card debt. If the deposit is not returned in the next 7 days I will contact the Italian and Spanish police about this, as I believe it constitutes credit card fraud.
